On one hand, I would give the company, high marks for some work they did at one of my rent houses, but on the other hand, and because of an experience I had today with one of their employees, I wish I could give the lowest marks ever possible. In trying to set up service with John Reese, he told me that he at first could not do my yard because it conflicted with another job that he had. And then he told me that doing my yard would be a headache for him. I have a very small front yard and I've never been told that hiring a company would be a headache for them. Therefore, I have canceled all my contracts for my properties. And I encourage anyone who's looking for a company that treats customers with respect to look elsewhere. This company is hands-down, the rudest I've ever worked with.
The 1st service was great. The second service was delayed multiple times leading to a 40 dollarish overgrown lawn fee which I disputed. As long as they remove that fee I will continue to use the service.

I'm not usually one to post online reviews, but I feel compelled to write one here in hopes I can prevent others from having a similar experience. I was quoted $148 for a leaf cleanup and paid it to have them come out. Crew comes out and does maybe half the job, then after a bunch of back and forth they said it would be another $200 to finish the cleanup. It's been nearly a month now, our yard looks terrible, and they have been totally unwilling to come to any sort of fair resolution.

Do not use this company. They request CC info over the phone and refuse to tell you they, are not in fact, local. You'll be giving your info to an out of state and most likely, out of the country phone operator.

1. They Missed the regulations scheduled service and on the next cycle charged the long grass fee which was due to previously missed service.
2. The provider did the front yard and left and charged for full service. Did not blow the lawn proper either.
3. $#*!tiest customer care reps you can have to talk to.

The service is really awesome Ryan does a great job and I am very thankful he has taken to let me know if anything needs to be addressed or will contact me about whether or not I forgot to leave my gate open. Really responsive if you need to contact as well always does a great job highly recommend it to anyone needing lawn service.

I been with lawn service for 3 years and I had Carlos Mow my lawn. Did fall cleanup wake up all the leaves. He did A great job he was always punctual. The lawn always looks great and I would recommend him to anybody.

Really only wanted leaf removal and stress that when I signed up. Was told I had to get lawn service in order to get the lead removal and did for a few weeks. Apparently, I was never signed up for the leaf service and spent over an hour trying to get regular leaf service scheduled.

Ryan and all the folks at Lawnstarter has been great to work with. They come on schedule and if something comes up they communicate this with you in advance. I have been using them for over a year.

Answer: This company is a scam, they get your credit card and charge for "extra services you did not request.
Answer: I have spent nearly $200 and my yard still looks like trash. Find someone else to do your yard. These people charge for work they never complete!
