Do not call them. You will be wasting your time and money. These people are not lawn professionals they are brokers that will never see your lawn. There are ruts in my lawn because the guys mowing don't have enough sense to change direction every other mowing. This is just basic common sense!
I was having a weed problem and was working to get control. We were sent a bill for an extra $48.00 on top of of regular mowing fee. We were never told there would be an up charge for a few more weeds. We canceled their service and never heard from the actual mower. Pathetic!

Jack did a outstanding job always on time been using them for at lease 3 years. The lawn looks really great.

I forgot to unlock the back gate for my lawn pro and he hopped the gate and got it done! He went completely above and beyond and it is MUCH appreciated!

Travis did a good job with our lawn. He didn't have his zero turn yet so he had to push mow our large lawn and did a nice job, then he trimmed it nicely and blew the trimmings. We were satisfied.

I had Lawnstarter last summer and never had the same lawn crew twice. Every appointment was missed at least once and a different lawn crew each time they showed up. The property is large but I only has them mowing part of it. The lawn crews never wanted to return because it wasn't worth what Lawnstarter was paying them. I tried to tell Lawnstarter that their estimate was too low for the size of the property but they didn't listen. Well this year they informed me that my subscription was being cancelled because the property was too big. Idiots!
