2st mow was supposed to be $19.99. Just got an email from them stating they are charging me 42.00 plus 55.00 for high grass. My yard WAS not High! Run from this company. They are Thieves and will file complaint with BBB.
Edit: LawnStarter has reached out since this happened, and offered compensation for the trouble I have received.
Lawn starter is the worst company I have ever dealt with in my life. When we first moved in the home we got a leaf removal done, the guy who came out told me LawnStarter was overcharging him for fees for the job and it would be better if I could pay him directly, $200 instead of $60, which was the original quote. We paid it because we needed the leaves cleared. I have been skipping services ever since this happened, until today when someone came out and mowed our yard with NO NOTICE whatsoever, when we are supposed to receive atleast a 2 day notice of any service. This company is horrible and they are making me pay for services I did not request.

I found the lawnstarter app and it's easy to use. Jerome has been the lawn guy assigned to me and he's friendly, great with communication and does a good job mowing the lawn every two weeks. I am very happy with Jerome and lawnstarter. :)

Worst company I ever hired to do my lawn. They didn't cut my grass short enough. They charged me for my grass being too high when it was not too high and they messed up my lights that I had on my lawn that I took off and put in my front door. They use their leaf blower and my lights ended up in my flower bed dirty. They left grass all over my car and when I went to open the door to put my infant child in the car grass got all over his car seat. They did a horrible job and they were trying to charge me $182 just for cleanup then after I had already signed up, they told me they don't do clean up. They just cut the grass and leaves and I felt like that is just so unprofessional. Worst experience I've ever had they truly are a scam. They will charge you for every single thing I will definitely never use them again.

I actually really like how easy to use the LawnStarter app is, it is very affordable and my lawn professional comes how a schedule that I set up myself. Again, I live is the Atlanta area and it is extremely affordable.
