I have been using Lawnstarter for the past few weeks. My first crew that came was great and very polite but ran into some issues that led to them being unable to continue tending to my lawn. Lawnstarter had another crew come out and take over the job without me having to do anything. I would normally have to take the time to find someone myself...I am totally amazed that it was taken care for me and the new cutter was just as good an polite as the first.
Omar did a phenomenal job on our lawn! It looks good as new and is so beautiful! Lawn Starter provides amazing work for an excellent price!

I have had lawnstarter for a while. It is convenient paywise. I paused my service during the winter and have since renewed it. The grass has grown a lot with the recent rains and yes, my grass is tall and I expected to pay extra but they are charging FOUR times the regular rate! I would have paid even double but over four times the normal rate is a joke. $200 for JUST the front yard! Trust me I don't have a huge yard. Just a normal size front yard. For that price and could buy a mower and do it myself!

We signed up for BI-WEEKLY MOWING, as this is actually one of their options. Why, I'm not sure because after they mowed ONE TIME, the next time they were at the property, which is a rental, they send me a text message, advising, we need to do this, that, and the other thing to the tune or $181 (can't remember exactly, but it was $180+), and they stated "REQUIRED SERVICE." All we want is for the lawn to be mowed bi-weekly, that's it. No more. No less. So, they apparently do not care about their customers needs and requests - they are going to take care of YOUR lawn, they way THEY want to. I call this MO, BAIT & SWITCH!

I have utilized this service twice now and each time I am amazed at how incredible my lawn looks. Everyone at all stages of interaction has been extremely nice and friendly! Also, mostly everything is set up via the app which I find extremely convenient. I'm never cutting my lawn myself again!
