Its a scam. Once you are a customer they will not let you cancel with our hours upon hours of calls and frustration when you are put on hold and then they hang up on you before you get to talk to someone
They continue to charge you on the card credit after you have asked them to cancel service Horrible customer service and it is not their fault they are are doing what their money grabbing bosses tell them to do Neve start this service because they will keep charging your card long after you have cancelled from year to year

My lawn care specialist has taken great care of the property. Each time I have messaged him he promptly responds and shows up when he says he will. I have no complaints whatsoever with the job that Lawn Starter has done.

I've had my ups and downs with LawnStarter. But they were recently bought out and let me tell you what - TOTAL 180. I'm SO happy I stayed. I have a gorgeous lawn at a great rate and the service is nothing but wonderful. Seriously.
Had a big job and a yard out of control they came in and took care of everything from tall grass to leaves in the yard.

Until this year I cut my own grass. Due to an operation I need someone to cut my grass. I sure did pick the right person. He does a great job and gets all the difficult ares. Totally pleased.

Scheduled for beginning of week, postponed for later, asked what day and I respond Thursday, Frank responds no problem, I take day off to be here for first time with company and manage dogs, company sends me an email they are coming Friday...meanwhile, grass is getting longer and longer and I have to manage messages via their app and regular email, by which I am unable to respond...just give me a phone number...instead I have to juggle two different messaging systems and it doesn't appear the people on either end talk to each other...this is frustrating

Answer: This company is a scam, they get your credit card and charge for "extra services you did not request.
Answer: I have spent nearly $200 and my yard still looks like trash. Find someone else to do your yard. These people charge for work they never complete!
