I have always used just the lawn service. I don't have any chemicals put on the grass as my dog has allergies. But they keep my lawn cut just like I like it. End of last season, I needed raking done and they came out and did what I needed. They always make sure my gate is set so my dog can't get out. I really like their professionalism.

Never been this stressed just to schedule the first appointment. They keep rescheduling my appointment. So quick to sign me up. Barely a wait time. But once time to actually do the work. No one available. Person kept contacting us saying they were on their way but never showing up. And then telling us they were canceled. Was given 3 different dates. Still nothing since may 5th. Its may 11th. This is the 3rd date (may 6,9th, 11th). Now told 13th. I get on app and says my appointment was canceled. Now it says 13th to 15th. They want the grass over 6 in so they can charge extra. If i saw the reviews before i would've never booked. I'm reporting to bbb. Every homeowners nightmare. To be stressed over grass. Unbelievable. I wish i can give a *******.

Imagine getting charged double for "long grass" when you skipped no service and without your knowledge. With LawnStarter you don't have to. It was already more expensive than most other services but this put it far over the edge. Would not recommend.

I asked them to notify me when arriving and they knocked on my door and was early in the morning had a big zero turn lawn mower and a regular lawn mover and a weed eater and did the job with no problems, but could have notified me that there was some broken glass on the property and picked it up or had me pick it up instead of going around it and they didn't rake up things that was on the lawn left over on the lawn after cutting but otherwise they did a good job

We use Lawnstarter when we are unable to do own lawn, without having to get a long-term contract with a service. They always send very good people, who know how to deal with our lawn that is more weeds than grass...It is efficient, always well done, and a great deal.

Javed (dont know last name) was scheduled to mow my yards today but after multiple emails he doubled his price and when I questioned him he threatened me. I have reported this incident to the Sacramento County Sheriff and to Lawn Starter. NEVER in my 66 years have I been treated so horrible, and, the fool did it by text messaging so the police were able to read the entire conversation between us. I pity him, his business will not last treating customers so badly.

This is the easiest way to have your lawn cared for. Easy to book, change schedule if needed. The only thing I wish would be available to change frequency from 2 weeks to three weeks for example, as my grass does not grow that fast.
