Lawn Starter quickly assigned a professional to take care of my property. It's been a couple of weeks and no complaints. The yard looks like there was never an issue with me. I called asking for information. My property is very steep and I cannot really mow it. I need to use a weed eater or any other tool like that. I was explaining my situation to the woman who answered the phone and she was extremely rude to me. Very unprofessional.

They refused to mow the grass because it was too long.
So, I mowed my own grass and kept it short.
But they refused again due to long grass only two days after I mowed it very short.
I requested a service the next week, but they failed to show up on the day of service.
When I contacted them, they said they were behind their normal schedule.

Always on time and communicates when he's unable to make it. We've been using him for a little over a year now and our yard always looks great after.
No telling who shows up to cut your lawn or how they will cut it. Furthermore, apparently they do not follow instructions. Contrary to express written instructions, they completely covered my new black mulch with grass clippings, and cut my newly planted grass to the dirt. Do not use these people because eventually you will be sorry.

I've just started using LawnStarter but have been very happy with my service. The same person has come out a few times and he's been very flexible and done a great job with my yard! I love how easy it is to get services and communication within the app is fast and convenient even if I'm not home. Everything has also been super affordable.

The mowers are punctual and do a nice job on the lawn. The app will send updates when they are on the way which is helpful and nice to know. They take their time and are such to not miss anything.
