Uriel is always nice and does an amazing job. I have looked and looked for someone or some company to service my yard, and after I found this company and Uriel, I found the right one. Great price and great service.

Went well above and beyond what was expected. Other lawn providers we've hired tend to be to quick and end up missing several areas.

If there was a zero star I would be glad to give it. After signing up 4 days ago and was promised the lawn would be mowed on saturday. I got a message someone was on the way, no one came. On sunday someone said that they had to cancel and would not be able to come until the end of on more week 8 days out. This company is a joke. No wonder the bad reviews. I will never do business with a unreliable company. Plus they lost a of referrals, with their incompetence.

They tell you it's $50 every two weeks but the double bill you,each time and call it a long grass fee. Obviously the grass is long, that's why it needs cut. They just cut it 2 weeks ago and still charged me long grass fee. I'm sure that's how they.se all their money it it's very.misleading to quote one price and then get charged double that amount. They also just throw bags of overflowing grass where we they please and don't bother to throw it in the actual trash can.Iver priced and half $#*! work to say the least. Don't recommend!

That $19 first mow grass company showed up to the house. Sent me 10 photos of the lawn and said that can't do the lawn because it's too long, and they'll come back Monday for $178.43. What scammers!

This is a very shady company that will only provide good service the first 3 times to gain your trust. Then, they'll charge for
EXPENSIVE services they never performed. First time was a few months ago. My bank statement showed they charged for tree pruning that my children had done 2 weeks prior. The company refused to refund the money for about 1 hour until I got fed up and told them I would file a small claims against them because I had screenshots of the conversations proving I declined their services because quote was to high, had video evidence of my adult children pruning the trees, and security camera videos of their company only mowing. Then, they agreed to refund my money.
Last month, they charged me 9X more for supposedly having high grass. Again, I noticed the price in my bank statement. The pictures they provided are for my neighbors yard. They took the pictures from a far distance to distort that the tall grass was growing on the other side of the green chain link fence. Thankfully, I have my security camera footage proving their claims false.
The company is impossible to get a hold of because of you do speak with someone, they'll just transfer you back to the switch board.

Perry at Lawnstarter mowed our yard today and it's perfect. It's a great length, it was done quickly, and he didn't mow over the sedum we're trying to grow. We're very happy!
Randell has been taking care of my lawn starting in April, and I am very pleased with his work. I have a lot of protruding roots (and thus dirt spots) over a section of my yard, and Randell always takes care to use the edge trimmer in that area to get rid of the random grass that grows sparsely there. My lawn always looks great once he is finished, and he is a quick worker as well!

The gentleman that cuts my lawn Felipe with Lawnstarter does a wonderful job with my yard. I am a 100% VA Disabled Combat Vet. With Lawnstarter it allows me to be able to move and hang out with my kid. It is appreciated and worth the money spent.

Answer: This company is a scam, they get your credit card and charge for "extra services you did not request.
Answer: I have spent nearly $200 and my yard still looks like trash. Find someone else to do your yard. These people charge for work they never complete!
