I have had lawn starter for well over a year. They were scheduled to mow last week. I happened to be home that day and no one showed up to mow. The lawn had not been touched, but they billed me and took out of my account 52.00 for the front only. I have called, no one calls back. They did a fair job but the last visit they did nothing. I would never use them again

This is the second year Brennen has cared for my lawn. I am always extremely pleased at the care he takes. He is careful when I have reseeded, does a great job edging both the front and back. When I message him, he always replies. I highly recommend him.

My husband and I are bad with uokeeping our lawn. We finally decided to look into getting help. James (our crew) is on time and reliable, fast, and responsive when I have questions. Using the lawn care app makes it all a breeze and this year our lawn has never looked better.

The worker I recently had was kind, and respectful. The lawn is always completed to expectation, and the worker who helped ow my lawn even helped my grandfather when he fell but of his wheelchair. Overall, 10/10 service.

I am so happy I found this company. I had contacted 3 other companies prior to finding LawnStarter and scheduled for them to do my work. I was not price shopping. None of the 3 companies showed up as scheduled or called to give me a notice.
Jose is very professional, does an amazing job willing to do a change order as I requested without any hesitation. He called into the LawnStarter made the change order and preformed the work.

They're crew was in in such a hurry to get to their next lawn job, they forgot to cut our back yard. I tried to call customer service and was on hold for over twenty minutes without talking to anyone. A miserable experience. JDL
