I wish I could give this company ten stars! From start to finish, LawnStarter made the process very easy. My appointment was scheduled in two days and about an hour later, the app updated me on the crew's availability to mow my lawn the same day! By the time I got back home, everything was done perfectly! I love this comoany!

I got with LawnStarter because I did not have a mower, and did not have the time to do it myself. They came out and did my yard twice and I had zero complaints. It is now the end of January 2024, and my yard hasn't been serviced since October 2023, and it shows. I was doing every two weeks, and I changed it once a month. Every single month since October- I've been rescheduled. I called customer service and asked for a new technician since mine was always having scheduling issues & ultimately unreliable. I requested this on the phone as well as in the app. They still have me the same person. I was rescheduled for the end of January 2024. They give a time block of three days right? On the third day, bright and early at 8am, I get a message saying they've requested my services be postponed until the season is over. What? I didn't request that, and if it was "due to the season"- why is it JUST NOW being requested? I needed a job done and was willing to pay. But these workers are LAZY and the customer service SUCKS.

So for me the crew being professional.needing little supervision really helps me.i have many services coming to the house and the lawn service is the one service I don't have to manage.they get here,do they're job and leave.i appreciate that very much.

Taylor is Amazing! Not only does he provide an Amazing service from LawnStarter he is really great about offering other services that are needed. I travel for work and are out of town often but I never have to worry about how my lawn looks since Taylor is there to take care of whatever is needed. The prices are also very reasonable to services and anything extra that is needed. It's taken a while to find a trusted service but I have found it in Taylor and LawnStarter.
