Originally, I gave them a five star review unfortunately I've had to change that due to the fact that they decided that 6 inch grass was too long and my fee went from being $19.99 to $120. I do not recommend this service and I Will comply with their three cut minimum, but then I will be canceling this service because it is clearly a scam.

Thomas did a great job on my yard. He did it quickly and professionally and it looks great. I am scheduled to receive services every two weeks and hoping that he is the service that I will be receiving every two weeks.

Taylor and his crew did a great job on a yard that had been seriously neglected and allowed to become very overgrown.
Taylor is very understanding and personable keeping me informed all along the way and even sent a message when he was on his way.
In addition to removing a pile of fallen limbs from the yard the lawn was mowed and edged so it looks the best. Definitely recommend Taylor and the LawnStarter app made it easy to schedule lawn care and make payment for the landscaping services. This was my first experience with the LawnStarter app. I am not exactly the most techno individual but I managed and like that the app shows the schedule. Being able to make payments via credit card is a plus.

Kenneth arrived on time and actually, I heard him before I saw him. He went straight to work. He is very attentive and trimmed places I never even thought of. Ve, my yard was beautiful Iry neat and orderly about the way he does his job. I was really so happy to watch him do the job correctly which in my life has been a little unusual. When Kenneth finished my yard was beautiful. Selecting LawnStarters was definitely a great decision. Kenneth is really a professional. I am so happy.

They came when they said they would and did an excellent job. I did not have to be at home when they came which made it easier as I had to go out.

Being an elderly widow with a smaller, older small house property, I was nervous about having an outside person around my home. Jon was just GREAT! He was here a couple hours early, which was really wonderful! He listened to all of my needs as we walked the yard, front & back and went above and beyond what I wanted. If I was good at taking pictures I would gladly post them, but I'm just not that savvy with my phone, yet. But, my yard looks wonderful and I would gladly have him back...anytime. I am new to the community and simply did not know where to turn for assist with the lawn. I found this one through a random Google search and was very excited to see that you can set everything up via an app from quotes, to service scheduling, communication, and even payments.
My first lawn treatment (of my life) was a painless process, completed by Dawn. It was arranged via the app, and the process completed while I was away at work. They left a small sign on the lawn to inform me service was completed and a link to care instructions. I am excited to see the future results. Would highly recommend.
