I had my yard mowed today and when I got home I was highly disappointed to say the least! My grass was cut unevenly! They left patches of miscut grass all over the place! I walked my backyard and noticed that it all of it wasn't cut, they left a 6 foot patch in the back not even cut, the service was also suppose to do the edging, weedeating mowing and blowing. They didn't do none of what they said they would do and on top of that tried to charge me double the price for a long grass fee, which the only grass that was even close to being that was around my flower beds and they did no extra work to mow it just ran it over with the same mower that they did the rest of yard with, I'm not sure when a lawn mowing become all corporate like but they are def not about quality or customers, they still ended up charging me half of the long grass fee, I ended up canceling there service and will never use a lawn service like this again, it was the worst experience I've ever had with a lawn mowing company, see the attached photos for the quality experience, notice this is the spot where they didn't cut in my back yard you can clearly see my grass is not 9 inches, second photo is my back yard where they missed all the grass, third photo is the wonderful ending job that wasn't done! I would not remember using there service

The crew came today and did a great job cutting my large, overgrown yard. They were professional and efficient. I definitely recommend them.

I didn't like the fact that Elijah didn't give a time for his arrival, but all in all, we are satisfied with the work he did on our lawn. He cleaned up behind himself nicely (which my husband is a stickler for).

I'm truly happy with the results. The yard is free of weeds and all the clippings were removed. I'm looking forward to future projects.

LawnStarter needs to refine their vendor assignment process. I say this because a day before I was expecting mowing service an email was sent to me saying my order was canceled. I had to resubmit my request and then hoped someone would show up. I had use the text the pro option within the LawnStarter interface to make sure they received my request. Upon arrival the vendor did a great job but the order they received only had me down for my backyard versus my entire yard. I don't know how someone at LawnStarter screwed up because I've always requested my entire yard be done.

Summit Gardening the company LawnStarter assigned me did a phenomenal job on cutting down my weeds and raking up everything they mowed. I definitely appreciated them paying attention to my special instructions by picking up everything they mowed and weed whacked versus just leaving crazy debris all over the yard.
