I normally don't have time to write reviews, but I'm so happy with this service I hope my review can help them get more business!

I placed an order on Sunday afternoon and the lawn was mowed on Monday! Such an excellent idea that is well executed. The price can't be beaten either ($19). I tipped the contractor an extra $5, but that's still much better than the $30 biweekly rate I normally get. And the convenience of being able to do it online is incredible!

I will definitely use this site again in the future and recommend it to all homeowners out there!

I haven't actually used the service but I was impressed with the customer service and communication. I ordered the online lawn mowing service for my elderly mother who lives in another state. Her landlord quit mowing the grass for free and the city gave her a deadline to cut it. He ended up cutting it one more time while I was placing the order to have it cut that very day. I had to immediately cancel - just when a contractor picked up the bid and just as my cancellation went through. Luckily, I was able to send a message to the contractor and left my cell info and asked that he contact when he read the message. He did and never went out the job. To my amazement, my credit card was reimbursed quickly - without any hassle what-soever. I do plan to actually use them in the future.

I placed my order on lawnmowingonline.com on 5/7/2014 for my lawn to be mowed on 5/8/2014. By the time I returned home on 5/8/2014 from work my lawn was mowed and looked amazing! The contractor did an awesome job and I truly appreciate this service. My husband is in the military and when he is out of town for training the grass is the hardest thing to take care of. We have family but they are not always available so my family truly appreciates lawnmowingonline.com!

Wow! I am blown away! I usually now my own lawn, but after my lawn mower broke (and I procrastinated fixing it) my lawn really got out of control. So much so that I received a violation notice for my grass/ weeds being too tall! I was so embarrassed! I needed a quick solution and lawn mowing online was faster, and better than I ever expected. What a great solution for those who don't want a monthly contract. I submitted my requested and it was accepted within minutes. I got a text message alert which I liked. Then I was able to message the contractor, I asked if it was possible for him to come out the same day, and it was! So I went to work, now I get another text message that the work has been completed, and i even get to review pictures of the job! This is so far above my expectations, I am ecstatic!

I found this website by doing some researching on Craiglist and ordered a job for $19 + an additional $6 because my grass had gotten out of control. I sent a message to the mower that they were welcome to come the same day if possible, otherwise, they could come the next day as scheduled. He replied immediately to my message and said he would be out the same day around 2pm! I was very happy with this and was able to give him a tip online through the website after his job was complete. I went out to check the front and backyard and was very satisfied with the service. I will definitely use again and very happy I found this company. I have many rental properties and plan on using this website for my other properties. A+++!

Awful Service. Just Terrible.

I ordered service for my mom in Austin and it was the worst service ever. They sent a fat guy out that put ditches all through my lawn. I received no response from these guys and no refund. Look at the reviews on here all are made up by the owner. Click on the profiles and you will see that all the people who left a review only seemed to leave one review and it so happens to be on this website. BEWARE of LAWNMOWINGONLINE.com its a scam!

I bet the owner will come on here and try to bash me just to save face but couldn't even return an email. Lets just see people. This service is a joke and I will make sure everyone knows not to use them. Check out their BBB.org complaints the guy argues with every customer. Not a good business.

I purchased a house a few years ago with a big back yard and front lawn area. I am a single middle aged woman and my lawn is a bit too much for me to handle. Each time they came to mow my lawn they were on time and did an excellent job. I feel that my lawn looks better since they have been mowing it. It looks so good that my neighbor asked me who I use because she wants to hire them to do her lawn. They have always been dependable and I know that I can count on them to get the job done. I want to also add that the price is right too. I think this is a real bargain for the quality of work and will continue using them.

I have used Lawnmowingonline. Come twice now and both times the service was great. The 1st time I hired them my lawn was overgrown and I paid the extra and the contractor did an excellent job and threw in edging (I paid him an extra tip on the spot plus what I had already added on the the web) The 2nd time my lawn was normal and I prepaid edging and he went beyond what I thought they would do for edging so I was very happy with the whole experience. I am in the DFW Texas area and I recommend to anyone who needs a quick order lawn mowing.

LawnMowingOnline is pretty amazing. The website is very easy to use so that is what got me to order. I got a confirmation of my results via email and that was very helpful as well. The actual workers were very kind and pleasant. They were very professional but at the same time very down to earth and easy to speak to. I highly recommend them :) I have used them two times and they are very consistant. My lawn looks awesome. I get so many compliments on it. This business must belong to a bad tempered, control freak with no desire for repeat customers. I did try them twice hoping the first experience was just a bad day, but both experiences were horrible. It says you are guaranteed satisfaction... an incorrect statement. I tried to use their procedure when I got a bad, really bad, job with most weeds stomped down, uneven choppy, looked better before their service. The man you communicate with was rude, nasty, insulting and even threatened to sue me. So many nasty emails it was almost like a stalker.
I had to file a complaint with paypal who did refund me. More emails trying to bully and threaten for me to close my paypal case.
Second time, I know, why go back, but I believe people and businesses deserve a second chance, scheduled, gave all accurate details gave a generous tip, and waited 5 days, not a squeak, and then a refund with the message that I broke the rules and requested a text when they arrived, it does say they will not call but never said no texting allowed. Whatever, a good concept... I wish anyone else would do this same business model and not be a jerk with zero customer service skills, and anger issues. I would not waste my time or money, it is not worth the crazy and why increase a bad business revenue.
