This app don't show you everything until you give your card number and they charge you. Customer service don't give a crap about you, all they want is the money. I asked for a refund as this does not suite me and my eating habits. They refused to refund my money when I called them shortly after looking at it and they refused, they said wait 14 days and we will refund 30%. I will never use this app, I thought I had 14 days but was charged before that. When I tried calling I could never get through to a person and was discontected several times. I am so frustrated and cannot affored to lose the $100 they charged to my account. The 30% refund offered through email is not good enough.

**Update** after leaving my review I was contacted and offered a full refund. It would have been so much easier if they had just cooperated from the start.

I subscribed on the app and paid $38 for it on September 22nd and I was not able to open the app on my phone it never gave me the option to do it. I went back and forth daily with the reps Arthur and Alice via email following all their instructions and sending then screenshots to prove then that the app was not working and I was not able to use it not even once. Their final email on October 7 said they cannot refund my money because is not refundable that they only could refund 25% of the amount that I paid. I think this is an SCAM and very shady business. How come if you have a product that does not work and I paid in full for it you are going to tell me that you can only refund me 25% of the price I paid after having waisted my time and energy for 16 days emailing you and doing everything you told me to do to make it work? I have records and can prove this. Please be aware

In fact, it was very easy to understand how it works right away, as it has a very intuitive interface. The part I appreciate the most is the stories, which are managed just like on Instagram. Additionally, there are also many healthy recipes and exercises to improve one's fasting every day, making it fun as well. In conclusion, I believe it's a very useful and comprehensive app for anyone interested in fasting like me.

Updated: Cancelling a subscription is not "Frictionless. I was charged $74.99 automatically for the upcoming 6 months, I contacted them the VERY NEXT DAY to cancel and ask for a refund and initially, they said too bad, it's clearly in the terms to which you agreed. This is true, however they could make it much easier to unsubscribe online, instead of having to contact them via email in advance via email. After some back and forth they agreed to refund 70%.

This Latsa app is great for scheduling intermittent fasts. Apart from that, other interesting features are food recipes with the number of calories we need as well as yoga or sports exercises that can be followed. There is also a goal program for drinking water as a lifestyle goal. There are also articles explaining various things regarding the explanation of this diet program. Of course, this application makes it easier and more fun for us to go on a diet without having to think hard, because there is an alarm on what schedule we have to do

-Initial review-Dont bother. You automatically have a subscription! You may want a month but you got forever! Then the app is worthless, no more info or help, menus….unless you pay more for each. And there is no general info to begin with!
They are refusing cancellation or refunding!
