Horrible place to work, workers are treated with disrespect; push to work forcibly under the threat they'll have not work the next day.

Such was my case, I was abuse verbally by two high-ranking managers on my second day of work; "yelling" at me out loud over something they did not took the time to train me.

I actually got fired on the third day only because I speak up, asking them to please give me clear directions.

Instead they asked me to follow directions from the next guy to me, which I did hence the yelling.

At least try me.
I work 20 years as a union carpenter out of local 33 in Boston, currently 327.
Allow me to take my chances of proving myself with a fair chance.

Do not assume I'm not going to understand what you're saying if you speak to me.

I actually wrote this for the lady, since she's the highest-ranking manager on site, but never have the opportunity to share it with her.

I want to apologize for what I say to you the other day when we were dragging the roller belt,
I mistook what you call your way of talking, for yelling.
I was so glad for being able to prove that there's more than one way of doing things.

As for the complaint you present to us on June 5 th 2021saturday morning after spending all night without sleep and 10 hours work.

I decided to write this, hopefully someone will see it.

Your complain was about the time that took us to sort out all those bags.

I believe the problem is not the people or manpower at hand, but your setup.

If you were to add another sticker displaying the same information that's on the floor as letterheads, all around the net that encloses everything we will not have to be walking around looking among 100 boxes trying to find the one box that matches the code for each bag.

The idea is to be able to visualize the number code, from a distance instead of having to walk back and forth looking for it.

I have seen you're using that system on some of the walls but not where there's more need for it.

Although I recognize not everybody needs it, for us the newbies it would be a game changer,

Because like I say to you the day you fire me, there's only so much one's body can give after having walk 10 hours with a single 30 minute lunch, no brakes whatsoever. In fact you guys don't even provide water. Despite the fact that the job itself is high pace in nature and half the boxes you deliver contain food which is heavy, it is just natural that we're going to be be dragging our feet at the end of the shift, specially since most of the time the workload is higher than what you have for manpower.

Everytime a package of mine enters Maspeth, Queens warehouse it never arrives to my home. First, a pair of Adidas sneakers, now a Lacoste Polo. They even snapped a pic of the delivery sitting on my porch, too bad its not a pic of my home nor my neighboring homes. I've been to Maspeth, its a home in Queens, so clear.
Seems like they couldn't find another home with a brown door to snap a fake picture, too bad my home has 2 doors not one. Dumb thief mistake.

LaserShip claimed they could not verify my address! They had all of the correct information. The package was returned to the delivery office! I had to call and check the status. I call 2 times and got 2 different answers on what was going to be done with my package after I verified that all the information they has was correct! They were going to deliver the package and all was good! I check the status on line 2 days later and it says my package was being returned to sender after them telling me it was going to be delivered! I spent over 45 minutes each time I called on hold just for them not to tell me the truth that they were not going to try and deliver my package again! They are the worst!

I am a loyal long time customer of Macy's I have requested them not to use your company laser shipping you should change your name to s*** shipping because you guys suck I never get my packages on time and your customer service never apologizes they only tried to patronize you and intimidate you by telling you they will give your bad review to the drivers the team delivering your packages can anybody say harassment Macy's really needs to stop using LaserShip shipping because they just lost a customer. They continue to use covid-19 as an excuse they are lazy.

I subscribed to Misfits Market to get fresh and organic produce. The 1st delivery was fine and got me all excited about future deliveries. NOT... SO... FAST! My 2nd delivery, I received notification that it had been delivered but it was nowhere to be found. I contacted Misfits Market and was told the driver or deliverer damaged my box so it couldn't be delivered. Here I am 6/4/2021 waiting for my 2nd box at 9:30 pm. WHO DELIVERS PERISHABLES at THIS time of night. I will be cancelling my subscription with Misfits Market because the shipping/delivery service is CRAP!

Terrible Service

Can't find my house, from tracking it shows packages flying to and from the same state 3 times before it finally shows at 'distribution'. 15+ days if the package even shows up, which 1 of 2 did after I had to call and explain my address is indeed a house and not the cornfield next to it that they saw on google maps? Really? Worst company ever.

Amazon should dump this company! Next day or Tomorrow means absolutely nothing to this incompetent company. Point Blank they SUCK! So far 4 delivieries and not one came next day. Their idea of Delivery Attempted is just a BS line. I seriously wish when I order something from Amazon they would let me know who the carrier will be. If I had known that this Mickey Mouse excuse of a company was delivering it I surely would not have ordered the item. 4 times so far and all 4 failures resulting in 2 returns and possibly 3 if my package doesn't arrive today, that's 1 day late! Better of with EBAY or Overstock. Keep up the good work Amazon I may be only 1 customer now but I'm sure there are many more dissatisfied customers that feel the same. Bad service means lost revenues. I am unable to copy and paste my Amazon email to this review, And I can't supply a picture of my order because It DIDN'T get delivered.

Today I was suppose to receive a package which was actually supposed to be delivered a week ago and everyday it tells me tomorrow. Well today was finally that "tomorrow" and guess what? It said delivered when I was home all day. At 930 pm I checked and it said an hour ago it was left at my front door. I checked most of my entire building for this package and there was nothing. I even waited a half hour on phone to talk to one of them and no answer but a machine saying to keep waiting. The crazy thing is that it's not the first time my packages go missing from lasership. They either never deliver saying couldn't find address or they say delivered but never actually delivered. So I'm guessing they steal packages they find may have value. I can count on one hand how many times they actually successfully delivered my packages properly without issues. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with for shipping. I always asked the stores I buy from to not send my packages with this useless company. The government should launch an investigation on this company for fraudulent activity. They deserve below 0 stars and possibly negative numbers. Good luck to everyone else waiting for a package that will never come.

First experience- and it's HORRIBLE

I have been waiting for my FabFitFun box- it has been sitting with LaserShip since 5/22 with NO movement. This is the 1st I had ever heard of LaserShip, looked online & saw they have a horrible reputation. Might as well start the chargeback process with my credit card co.

Scammers

This company has stolen numerous packages of mines from Amazon. They have also lied and said my packages were delivered and they weren't. I reported them to Amazon several times and requested that Amazon use another carrier; however, they couldn't do so. Also, because of Lasership lies, Amazon believed the carrier and refused to refund me. My account has been flagged thanks to this company. I am considering reporting this company to the police since they've lied on numerous occasions saying they delivered my package.

This company is of no value and very dishonest. I'm not sure if the driver stole my package or the neighbor. They text me that my package was delivered. I went outside immediately and found nothing. The representative took the time to explain and confirm that it was delivered to the neighbors thug life doormat. No accountability for the driver. I hope to never experience these shippers again. I'm disappointed in Walmart for using them as well. I wish I could rate Lasership A ZERO. One star is one too many.

This company is the worst. Never heard of them only through Amazon. They in not trusting. They Steal. And they Lie... Everytime I order through Amazon and they are the one to deliver. I get no packages or it's says delivered with a signature. All lies... They are stealing things from the customer and Amazon is aware and don't do nothing about it... So be aware of this company Laser ship...

Today my wife and I saw a large open empty Amazon box left outside our building on the premises. When we checked our account, a Lasership courier left the box outside the building & did not ring our bell. The Tracking ID: LX*******. Someone stole the contents worth over $50. We file a complaint w/ Ymani from Lasership.

This is the 2nd time in a month that a Lasership courier has left deliveries outside the building (the first time my $300 headset for work went missing), despite the clear signage that asks not to leave packages outside. On May 4th, 2021, when I spoke with Kevin from Lasership's head office, he assured me that he placed a notice for the courier not to leave mail outside, so this will not happen again. We also have not received the result of that initial investigation. Attached is proof.

There is an increasing concern that Lasership & its couriers are disregarding safety/privacy to ensure that customers receive delivery, especially sensitive items that could jeopardize our identity and wellbeing.

We shop online a lot! I DO NOT WANT TO EVEN GIVE THEM 1 STAR, BUT HAD NO CHOICE! This is the only shipping company that has continually LIED and said they try to deliver the package, but NEVER EVER EVEN ATTEMPTED TO DELIVER!

Very poor service.

LaserShip said That a delivery was attempted but could not be made. That is ridiculous. My porch is wide open, there is no code needed, there was complete and total access to my home and my street was completely clear. This is not the 1st time that this has happened. Obviously the deliverer just didn't want to make this delivery for some reason. Laser Ship customer service said that they had no idea why the package could not be delivered. The rep also was doing customer service chat with multiple people at the same time. I checked my security camera and saw LaserShip deliverer. Never even approached my home. When they actually do deliver, they don't even ring the bell. Worst shipping company ever.

Worst delivery experience EVER!

Not sure what possessed Walmart to use a company that barely holds a one star rating to ship high priced items, but never again. I like several others have never heard of this scam service before. There was no Pic taken of the item being left at the door and it for dang sure was not loaded onto the truck, sent out for delivery, and then delivered to my camera covered door step, all within 3 minutes.

Two packages from two retailers sent Lasership... month later. No packages, still ‘in transit', sent to wrong sorting facility, one says I can ‘pick it up'. Zero customer service. Total nightmare. Trying to get my money back from retailers now. Zero stars. Shouldn't even be in business or be permitted to ‘deliver' since they do not deliver items. If you order something and Lasership is used just plan on getting a tracking number but NO product.

Stolen Packages
May 20, 2021

To date 3 packages have been stolen from me by LASERSHIP DELIVERY DRIVERS. They are a bunch of thieves who mark your packages as delivered and never show up with them Beware. And when you call customer services they send you back to the seller and nothing gets resolves. BE CAREFUL!

I ordered items from Walmart, they did arrive as promised. The issue I'm having is where they left pkg, front porch at base of steps for whomever to notice. I clearly stated after my address to leave on back porch. I understand if you didn't want to take extra steps, but you could have push the pkg to left and it would have been out of view. On top of that you left someone's pkg with totally different address.

I have ordered things from old navy and anthropologie. BOTH packages never were delivered. There was absolutely no reason for them to have any difficulty delivering these packages. In addition, Im pretty sure the customer service line is a fake number because NO ONE ever answers. I have called about 10 different times and been on hold for hours an no one ever picks up. I dont know why any company is using this shipping company. I will never order online from the above companies because they use this shipping company. It's awful!
