My Laptop screen was shipped Super Fast, came with easy to install instructions, and works great! We have had it for 3 months now with now problems. I would definitly order from them again but hope that I don't have too;-)

I finally received the screen after 4 weeks. The website does not explain that when using PayPal one must send payment to an email. That is STUPID! I have made many purchases from other sellers online and have been taken directly to the PayPal site for approval of my transaction. This website, however, causes the buyer to all of the work for them. 1. Remember (or copy) their email addess 2. Open your PayPal acct. 3. Click around until you find the procedure for sending payment to an email address. 4. Enter all transaction info manually and submit it, etc. The people at laptopscreen.com seem to run the business on the cheap (visions of a dirty warehouse with roaches and mice pooping everywhere) and seem confused about their own purchasing process. P.S. It would also be nice to speak to someone who is proficient in speaking basic English.

With all appropriate consideration,
You are describing a manual PayPal payment procedure which every PayPal payable site uses in case the automated process does not go through.
It is no where near compulsory for our website as you describe it and usually means a failure on the local side, due to disabled JavaScript or bogged down / infected computer.
"That is STUPID!" - I agree, you seem to have went through a bunch of self-imposed hoops, but don't blame us for it.
You have received the screen 4 weeks after you paid for it, or 4 week after you have thought you have ordered it? (There is a big difference)
As for your comments about your visions of a dirty warehouse with rodents pooping, well, without having to prove anything to you, and not to diminish your insightful visions,
Please take into account that mice are not able to digest LCD screens, and thus them pooping in our warehouse would be a near impossibility.
Unless of course they go eat somewhere, and then come back to poop in our warehouse, which is possible, but highly inconsiderate of them.
Same goes for roaches, as they do require a food source to support their colonies, and since we do not store perishables in our brand new 5500sq warehouse,
With 30 foot ceilings, rustic cedar beams and polished concrete floors, they do not grace our location with their presence.
I am not sure as to the source of your visions (I might have some guesses), and I highly doubt your estimations of our inability to speak English;
Although I am sorry you allege to have had a bad experience, I do very much doubt that the outcome of it was even remotely in our control.

I don't know what to say about all the folks who have had a bad experience. I emailed them to ensure I was getting the correct screen, and they confirmed that I was. It arrived as expected, on time, and in good condition. I had a tech-geek buddy of mine install the sucker, and he reported no issues. So far, I've had it for about 3 weeks and it works just fine. Essentially, I got exactly what I hoped and paid for. I have no complaints, and am grateful I didn't have to pay the $350 plus that HP wanted to do the job.

I had my mini netbook from Dell screen go out on me, I ran into this site that also shows you how to put the screen in yourself. So i gave it a try. Wow, i was so happy when i put in my new screen and it worked right away. Delivery was also very fast even to me here in Girdwood Alaska!

I can only say that my experience with laptopscreen was fast, painless and glitch free. My dell inspiron screen was delivered on the date stated and i have had no problems whatsoever... my purchased screen included the inverter and was substantially less expensive than any other company i could find... thank you laptopscreen. I would definitely recommend you to anyone requiring a replacement screen

I dropped my new toshiba satellite and really cracked the screen but good. In my rural area it is very difficult to get competent hardware repairs. I found this company online, along with several others. After finding about 3 videos showing how to do the replacement yourself, I decided to give it a try. I did not remove the damaged screen to get the actual part number but ordered via model number.

My mistake, but the computer was functioning even with the damage and I was concerned about not having it available to me. When the replacement arrived in exactly the 3 days promised I excitedly set about the work. Got it done but the screen didn't work - the laptopscreen techs were super nice and quick to respond, and pointed out that I didn't order the right part number.
Since I had now removed the damaged screen I got the right part number, ordered correctly (and at a lower price) and got the RA immediately from them to send back the first screen.

The second screen arrived exactly on time and is perfect - beautiful & operational.

My credit card has been credited for the first order and all is well. I think these guys did a super job, I like their support ticket function and I would recommend them to anyone. It's a shame that others had a less than happy experience,
I am thrilled that I fixed it myself and at a fraction of the cost from other places.

Terrible, I ordered a screen, recieved it in a few days, however it was defective, talked to the company they said they will return it, however I have to pay the shipping charges, and pay it to them and they will email me the shipping label otherwise they won't accept the return(this way they can rip you off more). Then I did, however, it took a month and a half for them to recieve the screen and issue the refund, at the end I payed 35$ shipping charges and got nothing, WOULD NEVER RECCOMEND OR DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY AGAIN

I found a replacement screen here for $200.00 cheaper than my local PC repair shop quoted. I ordered the screen and when it arrived it was packaged very well. I watched the step-by-step video on the website and followed the instructions and installed the new screen perfectly. I highly recommend this company for replacement screens.

I must say, I had a positive experience with them overall.

My wife's Toshiba laptop had a cracked screen and Toshiba wanted to charge $150 to $200 to have a replacement shipped. I found what I wanted here for about $100. I was not sure whether or not to order since it was the first time I dealt with this company. Also, their warning that charge backs would be reported to the credit bureau gave my pause. But, I figured, give me a good screen and I won't charge back the card.

I got it in the mail within a week or two, installed it that day, It worked great and it made my wife happy.

At work, (I work offshore producing oil on a platform) a boat was backing up and knocked a large 8lb lead weight from a shelf, which landed on my closed asus laptop cracking the screen. It was the 17.3 glossy 1900x1600 screen and though i have a lot of experience repairing desktops have never opened up my laptop.

I found laptopscreen.com through google, got home and ordered the screen. Delivery was as promised, packaging was more than sufficient and it arrived undamaged and exactly what i needed. With their tutorial help and 30 minutes i had removed the old screen and installed the new one easily.

Consider me a happy client, and for the price am overjoyed it was both quick and painless

I ordered a replacement screen for an Acer 5532 from laptopscreen.com. They had a great price and were showing in stock. After placing the order, I read some of the negative reviews here and was worried. My screen, though, came exactly when they said (two days after ordering), was in perfect condition, and had zero dead pixels. I was very impressed with the packaging job (extensive bubble wrapping). I replaced my screen and am typing on the laptop right now.

This is the second time I've ordered a screen from laptopscreen.com. Both purchases were easy, the site is well organized and the shipping info and tracking feature worked. In both cases the standard shipping took about 10 days and the units were well packed.
As far as quality goes, I received an exact, manufacturer's original screen for both an HP and an Acer. Identical to the plugs and mounting hardware and the YouTube videos for this last unit, an Acer Aspire One, had me up and running in less than 8 minutes.
This is a great service and I'll use them again. Thank you laptopscreen.com

Never wrote a review before do not do the whole email thing in general. But i do shop on line was checking shipping confirmation on a recent purchase when i saw the request from laptopscreen.com to spread the word i am 100% satisfied with this website great price, screen arrived in great shape on time, saved a butt load of money cost was about 70 bucks with shipping to send my notebook in for repair well over 200 dollars and to purchase new about 300 installed the screen my self with a little research on line this internet great tool would recommend this site to everyone thanks guys.

The worst customer service I ever dealt with. They sent me two defective screens that are defective according to the ACER representative in Colombia and I had to spend more than US300 in mailing screens and sending the computer and screens to be checked by technitians in my country to certify the screens were defective. A screen that was supposed to cost $65, I have to buy it locally for $250 plus the money a lost with Laptopscreen thieves. They just asked me to walk away, that is unacceptable and a serious supplier will cover all the damages caused.

My son and his friends knocked a fan over that fell on my closed laptop and then both hit the floor. Screen was cracked diagonally and only half was functional. Checked many sites and local repair place, got best price from Laptopscreens.com. They shipped the same day my Paypal payment cleared. Screen arrived very securely packed and was a snap to install after watching the video online. Screen works perfectly. I hope that I do not need to order another screen but I will return if I do. Excellent experience with this company.
