My laptop screen was broken and and looking for a screen. I tried here and there but estimated cost was $150 to $200. I ordered online and got within a week for less than half the cost. It was exactly same as original screen. I followed the online instruction and installed in 20 minutes.

After comparing several online sites, laptopscreens.com had the best deal. My order was received quickly (within 1 week), and the replacement screen for my Dell Inspiron has an even sharper picture than the original. I would use them again.

So far so good. I ordered a screen from overseas, shipped to my parents. The 'rents forgot to relay it to me, but didn't tell me this until 2 weeks before I was shipping home!

I get home to find a screen that not only is gloss (I ordered matte!) but also doesn't have the proper mount. At least the interface was correct. Anyways I contact them, months after I originally purchased the item, and not only do they offer a replacement but they also do so with same day shipping. They shipped before I did (that is to say they have yet to receive the incorrect screen back from me).

Regardless of the mistakes they made, they took care of a customer in the end and that counts for a hell of a lot. I'll be buying all my replacements from them from now on. I should note that I have yet to receive the replacement (they shipped this afternoon) but I will follow up in a few days to finish this review.

I am surprised to see all the negative reviews here, but I've dealt with far worse than this company. I was expecting an outright refusal or a run around but was pleasantly surprised.

Again, more to come.

My daughter dropped her Toshiba laptop and critically damaged the screen. I searched the internet and laptopscreen.com had the best price for the replacement screen. I ordered it, and it was shipped immediately. I received the screen in 3 days, and it was the exact replacement for what I needed. Her laptop was up and running about 15 minutes after opening the box.
Site did what it said, sent what it advertised. Was extrememly happy with my purchase and would not hesitate to use them again.

I am serving the USA in Iraq and my laptop screen went out on my HP Pavillion... ARRRRGH! There went my entertainment center / workspace! I ordered a laptop screen from this company. The company was good in their service. They seemed to ship either same or next day. My shipment was delayed due to the Canadian Postal Workers Strike... (thanks canadian postal union... grrrr). I finally received my order. The box seemed to be beat up and I was in a panic! I opened it and the screen was wrapped in bubble wrap... Whew! I attached the screen and it works beautifully. My concern now is its durability. Will it last for a reasonable amount of time or go tits up soon? So far it has been working for the week I've had it and the watching continues. Anyway, I had a good experience with this company and as long as the screen works for a reasonable amount of time I will be extremely happy.

I bought a replacement LCD screen for my Acer netbook. The original screen was damaged by my daughter and the netbook was out of warranty. I live in Canada and even then the shipping took nearly two weeks to arrive. I used the instructions on their website and repalced the LCD screen. This is working great so far (touch wood!). Overall, I had a positive experience with this company, Sri.

I recently had my Toshiba laptop screen suddenly crash. I did my research with computer repair shops. They wanted to charge over $200 for a new screen. I decided that is a little steep so I searched for buying a screen directly so I can do it myself. I found several websites and this one was the least expensive. In addition, it had the best warranty (3 years) compared to only 12 months or less. The other important factor was being able to choose a (new) glossy screen instead of matte. Some websites will not let you choose and hence whatever type they want to send is what you will get. Once I placed the order it was sent on the 4th of July (Monday) and came in Wednesday. It was not damaged and it works great. I had good experience with this website and I would use it again.

Price was better than other sites, even with shipping/insurance. Screen arrived in 4 days and was exactly what I ordered. Only problem was a few dead pixels which I pointed out to my client, along with the 3 year warranty, if they decide they want to send it back for exchange.

I had no problem finding and ordering the correct display for a Dell I support. It was a very decent price. It arrived quickly. I installed it and it has worked like new ever since. (Actually better than new since I replaced the glossy with a matte display.) I would definitely repeat with the company.

After cracking my laptop screen I began to search what it would cost to replace it. Unfortunately the company I bought it from offered it for $164 refurbished which I thought was a bit much so I did a search and found laptopscreen.com They were half the price, and the screens were brand new. I ordered on a Sunday night, and had it by Wednesday morning, one day before the estimated delivery time. It was easy to put in, and works amazing. I'm really happy with the screen, their service, and their fast delivery. I would recommend them in a heartbeat, and use them again if I happen to break another screen (Fingers crossed) I don't.

Amazing!

Amazing! Best way to put it. I talked to so many people about fixing my laptop and was quoted $220-345 for getting it fixed. Well thankfully i got a screen from them for less than a hundred dollars and watched a youtube video on how to put the screen in and wha la fixed! Great product and super fast shipping!

Had a great expirience with this site. Price for my 10.1'' lenovo screen was good and it was delivered in a resonable time and brand new. What's more surprizing is that the screen is by Samsung when original was China made. Hopefully not going to be needed, but if needed I'll shop for the screen here again.
