Very pleased with the product. When compared to the replacement battery from HP the specifications were exactly the same at a nice discount. My purchase experience was flawless. They helped me get reconnected since I forgot my user information. On top of that they kept track that they had offered an in-line coupon, so it continued showing up in my cart. I was kept informed all along the way and I felt like I was being treated like a king. We received the battery quickly (according to their predictions) and installation was breeze with clear instructions.
