I had previously ordered my Laptop Battery from a different indicating that it was the right battery for my Dell Inspiron M731R 5735. When I got it, it was the wrong battery. I have bought a number of batteries from LBE, mainly for older MacBooks. They have all worked very well. Looking at the details with coconut battery app shows that these are good quality products
Over the years I've purchased four batteries from LaptopBatteryExpress for different laptops. All worked well and so far, years later, they continue to hold a charge. Shipping was always faster than promised, and the battery quality is great. By contrast, I bought a replacement battery last year from a company whose name starts with "A", and that lasted 3 months before it died. After that, I bought a replacement from LaptopBatteryExpress and it works like a champ. I may sound like a LaptopBatteryExpress shrill, but from on I will always use them for replacement batteries. You get what you pay for.

It took longer than expected to get it, but when it arrived I installed it and had no problems.
- First battery from LaptopBatteryExpress (Xtend brand) had a circuitry issue that prevented the computer from recognizing the battery. I had to pay for shipping on the warranty replacement battery. (I didn't get around to installing until after the initial 30 day period, I didn't expect issues from a $90 battery!)
- The second battery rapidly degraded over 1 year, currently about 20-25% capacity after 1 yr + 5 months (originally 4 hr battery life, now about 45 min)... A far cry from the 3 yrs claimed on their website. Unfortunately I'm outside the 2 yr warranty from my original order date so they won't help. HP Envy 15-u010dx.
