Clear and simple
I always buy my laptop batteries at Laptop Express. This time there was a problem with stock so delivery was delayed.
So far so Good. Site was very easy to use. Checkout just took a few minutes. We will see about shipping time... Delivery took 15 days. I could see if it was coming from Alaska to Virginia but this was just from Ohio to Virginia. I could see about 5 to 7 days but, 15 talk about snail mail!

The battery i received only holds a charge for 4hrs. When i thought i was getting a battery that would hold a charge for at least 8.

The buying process was easy. I was able to quickly find the battery I needed and check out the reviews. I compared with other options - buying directly from Dell and buying low-reputation made in China from Amazon.com - and it was a no-brainer. After my purchase I saw that you are a Google Trusted Provider, which was comforting to see. The battery was delivered on time and I appreciated the clear usage instructions, which I have been following since I installed it the next day. I would definitely come back for future purchases if the battery performs as advertised. Thank you for a great buying experience.

Shopping was good. Due to personal reasons I preferred not giving out my email. I wish a person can opt out of this as a family member has hcked into my account several times and constantly having to change everything and they make it so I can't get back into it.
Fast and easy checkout process. I like that I was not forced to use Paypal. I didn't realize that the extended life battery had a different shape than the standard life and would not fit my docking station. I've gotten around that by plugging in my laptop and removing the battery prior to docking and then undocking and putting the battery back in prior to unplugging. This is a minor inconvenience in order to get the 6+ hours of battery life I now have. I just flew a two leg flight to the west coast and used my laptop the whole time without worrying about the charge. That was great!
