I was looking for a battery for my Toshiba Satellite L10 which is no longer supported. After checking at several websites, I found it listed here. Battery was nicely packed, and deliver was fast. Price was a bit high but other than that, I'm fully satisfied my purchase.

Exact battery for my laptop. Installed easily and charged up as expected. No complaints and I am very happy with purchase.

The battery I received was not the battery pictured on the website, which was the correct battery. But the one I received is not the one I ordered. I will include a file that pictures the photo of the battery pictured on the website when I placed my order. I can not use the battery I received. Therefore, I need to return it and if you can confirm you have the correct battery, which is more money, credit the amount I paid for the other battery and apply it to the correct one. The battery I received, was $49.90. The correct battery, according the website is $149.90.

If you need a battery for your old laptop just go for them no questions needed, it is as simple as that.
After a long time of search and several attempts for other companies, non of them worked, I found this website and bought one for my dell xps l502x in 2019, and still working great till today.
This is my second purchase from them, and I bought one for my uncle and one for my brother.

Advantages:
1- Best batteries.
2- Fair price.
3- Easy shopping.
4- They have most, if not all, types of laptop batteries.

Disadvantages:
1- I only hope they ship worldwide.

I received the package and when I opened it up I inspected the battery and found out that it was cracked I was not satisfied with this I will do a return our money back

I waited almost 12 weeks for this 6-cell Samsung Series 9 battery which I was told would be manufactured for me (it is not available anywhere else - despite other vendors' claims, the 4 cell battery does not fit my specific 900X3B-A01 model!). Finally, when it was supposed to arrive I was told there was a mixup and the numbers did not match and they did not have this battery-- nor would they ever have it. What a disappointment! (and yes, they charged my card right away, which I think they should not do.)

The battery came on Thursday morning. I installed it into my Dell Inspiron 15 3521 laptop and left it to charge overnight, then tried it the next day. It works well enough, but I think I have to replace my A/C adapter now.

I can't recommend Laptop Battery Express highly enough! I needed a replacement for my Dell Latitude battery, and their prices were competitive, so I placed an order. When the replacement battery arrived I wasn't able to fit it, and reached out for help. I received a same day reply and assistance in selecting an alternative replacement battery which fitted with my connection cable type, and which was dispatched at no additional cost to me! A great customer service experience.

I do not recommend you purchase anything from laptopbatteryexpress.com. My wife purchased me a Sony Vaio laptop battery for Christmas and it died three months later. I contacted the company and they said I'd need to pay them $16 to ship out a new battery, even though they sold me a piece of garbage. Spend a few dollars more and buy a quality battery from a quality company. Also, your computer doesn't need a battery to run, just remove it and plug it in. I will not waste my money with laptopbatteryexpress.com.
