Tried eBay and received a dud battery. Went from 95% to 18% within seconds. Tried a second supplier ~ same thing. Found LBE problem solved and at ~ 1/2 the price of Dell brand name.

Always nervous ordering online... from an unknown company... for a technology product. The website reassured me I was asking for the correct product--no red flags. Since I use a gold AmEx, not worried about seller being a bad player. Promised delivery time seemed long, but it is December and in a pandemic. Turns out it was super fast delivery, Dell-branded battery that looked like my old one. Best of all: detailed instructions on way to install, initially charge, and conditioning for best long-term outcome. Everything this septuagenarian DOC-dummy could want. So far, so good. During coming week, need to discharge battery a few times to 30-40%... duh, just need to find setting on laptop that will tell me this!
I ordered a Lenovo battery, actually 2 of them, and did receive them in a reasonable, promised time. Online the product description said it was Lenovo. It didn't say it was another brand for Lenovo. When I received it the batteries did not have the Lenovo brand name on them. Therefore I suspect they are not Lenoovo OEM batteries. The product description should be 100% clear on whether a product is OEM or not.
I wrote them an email in the morning and they got back to me within 5 minutes. Great company! Only place I would shop and recommend for laptop batteries!
The battery arrived when promised. I've only been using the new battery for a week and so far it's working as promised. It fits perfectly on my very old Dell Latitude D830.
I have bought LaptopBatteryExpress battery for my Dell N5110 from Amazon. After half a year of using the battery, the capacity is dropped to 73%. Three months later, the battery completely died. I have opened the battery to see what inside. I have found that the cells are not original. It was ph Great Power ******* cells, as shown in the image.
The agent caught the fact that I'd supplied him with the wrong product number for the battery the Dell needed. I was thankful!
