Order process was easy and the descriptions were detailed enough that I was fairly confident I'd made the right purchase. Now that the battery has arrived, we found it fits perfectly and is working well so far. This was our third try at finding the right replacement battery, and other vendors had not provided enough detailed information for us to get the right one. The battery I received did not work in my laptop. I contacted support and they acknowledged that there were two batteries available. One of them works with my computer but the other one does not. Unfortunately they sent me the one that doesn't. After a few reminders I have been sent a battery that supposedly will work. I have not received that delivery yet.

For the first time using this it was easy to follow.
My order arrived on time and was the correct parts for my laptop. The battery fit correctly and is working well after installation. The only problem was that Apple uses 3 special security screws to mount the battery in this model laptop and the correct 5 point star screwdriver tool didn't come packaged with the battery. The tool was not available to buy at any local stores, so I had to be creative with some other tools to remove and reinstall the mount screws. The correct tool can be ordered online elsewhere, but it would have delayed the battery replacement too long for my timeframe. This problem was created by Apple and not laptopbatteryexpress.com, so I am still very happy with my overall experience and purchase.
I was surprised to find a replacement battery for my Dell XPS 14 at such a reasonable price. Service was excellent, I placed my order Thursday afternoon and it was delivered Saturday morning.

There was a problem with my credait card information. It was entered correct, but had to be given over the phone the following day, computer glitch?
Otherwise all else went fine.
