Though there are strict regulations on batteries now Jess just kept pushing the courier to take it and also ensured that I was aware of the status and they gave me o there options of shipping. The battery was very good quality and the service was also very good. Recommend. Great communication and fast service. I ordered a laptop battery from another online business and it was the incorrect size. The Laptop Battery Shop people voluntarily sent me images of the two different types of charges before shipping for confirmation.
I recently ordered an Asus a32-f82, A32-F52 11.1V 4400mAh original batteries. It was easy to place the order and there is a good communication with the costumer service.
After having spent some months trying to locate a new laptop battery for my Samsung Ultrabook somewhere in Australia, I finally found myself at the

I have been using the battery (model 2NJNF) for about a week. No problems so far, apart from laptop being bit more noisy, but I am not sure if this is caused by the battery.
Though website advertises the battery's brand as Dell, they have put a sticker with a serial number right over where the Dell logo supposed to be. They have also erased all the words that are supposed to be 'Dell'.
I was disappointed that the battery was used - I made it clear in my email to the company that I was expecting new - they did not tell me that it wasn't new. I was happy that they took the time to make sure I was being sent the right model. The part works, probably not as good as new but way better then what I had. I would recommend for the price.

The delivery took a very long time considering the distance it had travelled.
The battery's Technical description fitted all the criteria for my Laptop but it does not work and was a complete waste of money.
A rather expensive purchasing mistake on my part, perhaps I should have realised that you only get what you pay for and cheap substitutes are not the answer.
I will not be using this supplier again.
I am based in England so I had some concerns about purchasing a laptop battery from overseas. Frankly, I had little choice as the model I needed was hard to come by. Now I realize I need not have worried. Good service, speedy delivery and (clearly) a great range of batteries!

Regarding the delivery time, it normally takes around 6-12 working days, but as you know it is the peak season now, thus cause the delay, and for the logo, due to logistic restriction, we covered the logo with label or marker, you could tear it /wipe it out the black inc, then the logo will appear eventually.
