Ordered a replacement battery for my ASUS laptop- model 010H-3LF. Found this website online and gave it a try. Customer service was very good and responded to my queries promptly and courteously. Product arrived in very good condition and works well so far satisfied with my purchase and will recommend the company for future purchases.
We ordered a replacement LG laptop charger, they emailed us within a couple of hours to confirm plug type by measuring it's thickness. It arrived within a few days. Very happy customer.
Given that I've provided specifications for my battery to other retailers but still fell short of receiving the expected product. I finally received the correct battery, timely delivery, and great price.
Shipping was prompt and the packaging secure. Regarding the battery, I was unsure of what to expect given the lack of popularity of my laptop, but it came charged at the ideal 40%, and after a few cycles, behaves identically to the new OEM battery. I'm looking forward to similarly getting 4 years of usage out of it.

I ordered a computer battery from this company. When I got receved the battery and installed it into my computer the battery would not hold a charge. I contacted the company right away and told them about the problem. After a few e-mails to determine what might be wrong wtth the battery the company issued me a full refund of my purchase price. This company was always prolite and show concern for my situation.
I ordered a battery from this supplier. The battery I got had a packing list attached ebay return that said defective battery. The battery itselfhad "RETURN BAD BATTERY DEFECTIVE" written on it with permanent marker. I made 2 attempts to email them to return for replacement or refund. Never got a reply. I would not buy a stick of gum from the company. Worst company I have ever dealt with.DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY!

At first the battery seemed to work fine. It was calibrated fine and I could see in the Windows tray when it was charging and how much percentage was left. I checked the battery diagnostics and found the battery was made over 4 years ago. Then, after 1 month of use, the battery would no longer charge and the tray said there was 0% left and even though it was plugged in, it wouldn't charge.
It's been a waste of time and money. I am very disappointed.

Excellent original battery, for my old Lenovo Yoga 3 laptop. It is very easy to replace the battery yourself, just follow the You Tube instructions. Buy the T5 srewdriver because you'll need it to open the laptop. Slow shipment, but responsive service. To be recommended.

I purchased a battery pack for my laptop from the Laptop-Battery-Shop around the
First part of December, and was awaiting delivery when the battery in my laptop
Started to work again. I contacted the Laptop-Battery-Shop to cancel the order
Since I didn't need the battery anymore. It was due to arrive at my address in a
Couple of days, so too late to cancel. They gave me a couple of options: return it
For a refund and me pay shipping, or hold it til another US customer needed one.
The return shipping cost was too much, and I wasn't keen on waiting til a US customer
Was available to get my refund. With back and forth emails, Laptop-Battery-Shop consented to giving me my refund within a day, and for me to hold the battery pack til a US customer requested one. They would then notify me and I would then ship it to this customer, and they would pay the shipping cost.
I would like to recommend them to do business with as they really try to please
Their customers, even when it costs them money to make it right. They responded by doing what was more than they were required to do. I applaud them.
