I was looking to order a replacement battery for my old Sony laptop, and Laptop Battery Shop was the only place that had it, and for the good price! I ordered it, and shortly after realized that my old battery was still good, so I promptly emailed to the store asking them to cancel my order. I was notified almost immideatly that my order was canceled. This type of customer service and response time is what will make me buy the next battery from this store. A+!
I was in a rush to buy my battery so I didn't realize it was coming from China. After I placed my order, I was worried that I would take forever to ship but actually it came much faster than I expected.

I've read a couple of questionable reviews here, but I decided to order never the less. I am glad I did, battery was dispatched quickly and I received it in 3 working days, also customer support was quick to respond to my email about the shipment.

Must say the service I recieved from this company was really good. The battery I ordered did not work when fitted so had to return it for a replacement (I only had to pay for postage of the replacement). Could wait for the replacement so ordered another battery from another supplier which worked. The agent handling my initial order was very good, reassured me I would not be out of pocket. They got in touch with the 2nd supplier and confirmed to me that If the 2nd battery I ordered worked, they would refund the cost of my initial order and postage cost of the replacement. If it didn't they would send my the replacment we agreed. Thankfully the 2nd battery worked and I was refunded the cost of my inital order and postage for the replacement.

The battery I bought was cheap, it arrived on time and it has worked well for the past month. However, some significant issues: the battery was slightly too big, so putting all the screws in caused it to buckle, meaning I couldn't get the laptop shell back on, so I removed one screw. I also feel like it wasn't clear on purchase that the battery would be off-brand. Also, they've just asked me to write a good review for them with a link to this site, and offered to refund money if I do, so don't trust the ratings. Clearly an overseas outfit making knock-offs and playing fast and loose with rules/service, but you might get lucky.

I'm sometimes disappointed when I choose the least expensive option online. However, this time, everything went smoothly. Arrived quickly, works perfectly. Absolutely no complaints. I would definitely consider this for the future.

I got no way to buy the battery for my old Razer laptop. Luckily I find this online store.
Can I give a -5 star rating. Slow shipping time, triple what was promised. Wrong Product. Looks like a used product. One month to get a response about replacement. Now fighting with Paypal to get refund. Stay away from this shop!

The name of the factory is barred by a black pen in 3 places. I suppose it is LENOVO.
One of the attachment bracket was broken but I could install it.
Last but not least the capacity is 36,5 WH instead 46,85 WH measured by LENOVO. And I can use my X1 carbon for 2 hours only.
Sorry, in order to facilitate transportation, we may remove the Logo.
Just start using the battery, please fully charge and discharge 3-4 times for fully activated
I ordered a new accu paid for it and up to know got nothin deliverd or even a reaction on my mails or chats, terrible Gerco Homburg
I was delivered on a Sunday even! I've already installed it and will be testing it a bit as the previous source's battery quickly died. And FWIW, the original batter kinda slow motion exploded inside the laptop warping the keyboard and pad. Third time a charm?
