I ordered, they asked for pics of my battery to confirm before shipment, and it was here in less than a week! Lots of communication and update emails through the process. It was packaged great also. I am very happy with my Spectre X360 replacement battery, from Laptop-Battery-Shop. Exactly the same as in my Spectre. Fitted nicely. It's working again and it tooks a long time to discharge.

During the quarantine lockdown I had such difficulty sourcing a replacement battery for my dying kindle. Thank God I found Laptop-Battery-Shop! I had a problem with a battery. The technical staff of Laptop-Battery-Shop has been very kind to try to solve the problem.
The price for the battery I needed was $30 less than anywhere else. I was fearful but hopeful that I would receive the correct battery in a timely fashion. I did receive the correct battery fairly quickly and it came fully charged. Check! Now if it lasts a year I will be happy with my purchase. If it lasts longer, I'll be ecstatic! The company did ask me to do a review here, but did not offer any compensation. I am a prolific YELPER so I was happy to review my experience. If things go sideways, you can be sure I will be back with a new review!

When I ordered my battery and charger cord and got an immediate, friendly, personal confirmation from Amy in China, I was initially concerned because of international shipping delays due to covid19. But to my amazement my order arrived QUICKER than unrelated orders for other goods that were being shipped to me domestically within Australia. In addition, I was continually notified of the progress of the shipment and the staff in China kept completely in touch with me. When the battery and charger arrived they matched perfectly and were everything the shop claimed them to be and are 100% high quality.
Received my replacement battery as per order in reasonable time despite Covid 19. No complaints correspondence with company was prompt.
I ordered a laptop charger from Laptop Battery Shop and their service was amazing. They took due diligence to ensure they send me the correct part. They did that by asking me to take a photo of my existing charger and supplied me with example photograph. Their response was prompt, very polite and needless to say it worked perfectly well for me. Ordered an ASUS battery and yes, finally saw the disclaimer that they sell knock offs but it's still presented as an original ASUS. The battery specs do not match the original ASUS battery or what they advertised on their website. The order, below, even says ASUS. First pic is what I received. Second pick is the ASUS original. Just want to be sent what I ordered.
