The only place that still had the set of outdoor lights I was looking for (to match what my house already had) was the Lamps Plus website. After I was done placing order, it took a week and an inquiry to Lamps Plus to find out the lights were on backorder. That explained why I could not find the lights anywhere else. Anyway, LP customer service, once I reached out to figure out what was delaying the order, was very kind and helpful. My order arrived after 3-4 weeks and all's well that ends well.

The on off switch is a little hinky, but the reviews had said the same thing so I was not totally surprised. It's sommething I can deal with and if it breaks, I will be able to repair it.

Lots of choices and good product pictures
I needed a small flush mount fixture for the bathroom. I also needed it to produce a lot of light. This fixture was shown as using two 100 wt. Bulbs. When I received the fixture the instructions inside the package said not to exceed two 60 wt. Bulbs. I was not happy with the difference. The fixture itself was not that attractive. As a result, I had to return the fixture.

Product pictures go on and on, so you're bound to find what you're looking for. My order came on time and was what was represented. I'm not completely happy with the lamps because it's difficult to change the bulb. That's why I gave only 3 stars. I'm confident Lamps Plus would take a return, but I like the way the lamps look, so...

I received a package that I didn't notice had a big ding in it until I actually took it out of the box and realized the lamp was dented. The box had a dent in the same place as did the interior packing. I called customer service and they made it right by sending me a new lamp out right away and I was able to install it just a couple days later than I started.

Received my 7 outside lights with no problems. They were packaged beautifully and sent in perfect condition. We were missing the light bulb covers on one light but no big deal, we improvised. They look so good!

The shipment was not good. Three products from three different locations. One showed a FedEx label created and a due date but nothing else. When it did not arrive on the due date I emailed. It took days to hear back. Then they started to process my return. I had no product to return since I did not receive it. I called. Finally a light was shipped and received. But the way they handled this was poor. They should know that nothing was shipped or even received by FedEx to ship without the customer having to hound them.

Loved that it got here so quickly and fits--only thing I would have liked better would have been if the color choice could have included soft beige --it is very white and looks good, but my other shades are more muted.

I ordered four lamps which arrived in record time. One of the lamps was damaged and lamps plus immediately shipped another. I wish other shippers and merchants were this efficient!
