Great looking products, but after opening them, I noticed that one had the tint peeling at the rim of the pendant. I already had the people scheduled to install them all, so I didn't have the time to try to replace one. Good looking products, subpar quality.

I originally purchased a Franklin Iron Works table lamp. The shipping was super fast and the lamp was prettier in person than it was on the website. I went back to the site and ordered the Possini Euro Stinson ceiling lighting for over my dining room table. Both are beautifully made and I think the aesthetic is worth the price of each piece. I will be back for ceiling fans for the bedrooms.

The most difficult thing about ordering from LampsPlus is the huge selection! I ordered a reading lamp and it arrived quickly, required very little assembly, and fully met my expectations. Still waiting for the chair but that's not LampsPlus!

I recently purchased the Polaris 12"H Black LED Outdoor Solar Wall Lights Set of 2, as well as one Kingsbridge 4 1/4" High Black Dual Lighted LED Solar Post Cap. I've had them for 3 weeks now in winter with temps in low teens. The lights are very well made, solid/heavy, the glass is crystal clear and they're just lovely on my exterior privacy fence gate. They have no trouble lighting when they get enough sun. A few times, they've not turned on but that was only when we had cloudy coverage in the winter here in West Virginia. When they get sun and are charged, they last up to 12 hours. I love that we can access the battery to change it in the future because I plan on keeping these! They are worth the price; these are not cheap run-of-mill lights you get online at the Big Box. Highly recommend them.

While my lamps arrived promptly as scheduled, one of the shade had been damaged. I sent an email and a picture of the deformed shade. I had a quick reply and resolution sending out a new shade in it's place. Very pleased.
