The process was easy, but the Bo's was damaged. I have not installed it as yet so I am uncertain if anything is broken

The item was delivered within the expected time frame and arrived in perfect condition. I must say that I haven't tried to turn it on yet because I had to order a bulb. It looks sophisticated and will be a great addition to my bedroom.

I've bought almost every light fixture in my home from LampsPlus and am very satisfied with their service and products. Very good customer service. I love the Possini brand.

Ordering was not a problem. However, the product we received was not like the one pictured. The leaves are at angles that are not attractive at all. I have tried to communicate with Lamps plus, but have not been able to get a response.

My buffet lamps came very quickly and were easy to put together. For the price I paid these were an exceptional value and look beautiful. I will come back and purchase more items in the future from Lamps Plus!

Lamps plus doesn't disappoint! I did a full renovation about 10 years ago and when I found lamps plus, I was thrilled with the quality of products and price point. Now Im renovating my nezt home. This fixture came in just as described and equally beautiful as portrayed in the picture. Highly recommend!

I have bought from lamps plus for at least 10 years, from lamps, fountains, ceiling fans, and some furniture. Not once did I have to return an item, and I was always happy with the product, and with customer service when it was needed

Went to store walked around sales rep asked if we needed help we said no thank you. Nice. But when we left without buying 3 sales reps were huddled together talking but they watched us leave without asking to help again. I think they should have directed us to look at your website, perhaps even volunteer to show us items not at the store but available online

Super easy to order. Good description of dimensions, unfortunately made in China. Didn't know that when I ordered it. Screws they included were too short and needed to go to the hardware store to get screws that would work. Should make it clear where the product is coming from.

Easy website to navigate - I can freely move from checkout back to shopping to make comparisons, etc.

I appreciate the broad array of lamps offered, excellent prices and very responsive customer service. The price matching policy is a big bonus. Excellent website and something for everyone at every price point. I doubt that I will ever buy a lamp anywhere else--Lamps Plus is a terrific resource.

Poor quality and very unattractive. I've bought lamps from LampsPlus before and always loved them. These were cheap money wise and look wise.

The light's product description states it will stay lite for 12 hours. We are lucky to get 8-9 hours out of the batteries.
