I love our new table lamp, but the lamp shade has noticeable imperfections. I spun the shade around to hide the flaws, otherwise I would have returned it.

Open Box Item... NEW! No issues. Delivered tow days before estimated
The lamp arrived with a warning on the outside of the box. Essentially it said not to use it wiith aluminum wiring! We have an old house with aluminum wiring. I'm very disappointed.
Hi - we are not sure what design you are referencing, or why there would be that message on the box, but if you contact our customer service team they will be able to research the design and help you out.
I found what I wanted very quickly after being on other sites forever.
The installation for this item was extremely difficult, due to the design. The cross bar drilled holes did not line up with the holes on the lamp base, and it also does not allow the lamp to have a tight fit to the ceiling. Also, the design at the base and the glass lamp are poor, as you can't put the tiny screws into the slots due to the lamp being in the way! I will leave the one installed lamp on the ceiling, but I want to return the second one. Beautiful lamp, however.

Hi - not sure which design you are referring to, but many do have a finish and are not actually bronze. If the design is not to your liking we can help you find alternate designs. Just contact our customer service team and they can assist you.
