Easy to place order, numerous choices, and quick delivery.
The lamp was gorgeous, met the description as shown, and the price was worth the product. The best part, tracking gave an approximate time of delivery in about a week. I got it in ONE DAY. Wow! I was excited, BUT the lamp was inferior. It was crooked. You had to put it together in steps. One of the steps was a post to screw into the stem of the lamp. I could already tell by the screw's threads that it was crooked. That, in and of itself, caused the beautiful glass shade to become crooked. No way was I about to keep it. Enter the whole sad process of returning it.
Lamps plus has patiently sent me a number of items as we figure out fixtures in a new-to-us, small house were down-sizing to. They've been great about a couple of needed returns, and the wide selection allows the decorating imagination to expand!
I received one of three lamps. Still waiting for the other two.

Just as the site described. A little dinged up when it arrived. Since it's white they show up a little more than a dark shade. I'm not sure how to ship a lampshade without dings since it was shipped seemingly very carefully with lots of filler.

Very poor customer service. Lying about ready shipping a package. Thn I called customer service and they said your package is lost! Yes, they said IT LOST! Terrible company, liar customer service.

I was looking for a specific type of lamp for my nightstand. I looked everywhere and Lamp Plus was the only place where they have it. The delivery was fast, and the lamps were very well wrapped. Everything was smooth. I'll buy again in Lamp Plus.

The lamp is very nice, but it fell short on the amount of light desired in my room. I have not decided whether to return it or not. I put it in my bedroom and will see if it will work there.

It was easy to order, but not so easy to change the bulb once it is installed.
Hi - thank you for the comments. If you are finding it challenging to change the bulb, we would suggest using an LED bulb in the design. LEDs will last much longer than regular incandescent bulbs, cutting down on the number of times you would need to swap out the bulbs. Thanks again for your input.
