Easy to find what I want and a wide selection to choose from!

Shopping was easy and service was very good. Lamp looked pretty, nice finish, was cheaply made for the price I paid.

Ordered a vanity light and received the product as promised in just over a week. Product looks the same as advertised.

Bob Halvorson at the Sacramento store was so knowledgeable and helpful and made the selection process so much easier. We purchased fans and bathroom lighting. I have also appreciated in the past how easy returns are. Dylan at the Sacramento store is a jewel!

It took time going through all the ceiling fans but finally found what I wanted. Received most of the order quickly but waiting on one fan.

I had purchased a lamp on line that was not the right fit once I got it. With 1 phone call, I was able to choose to return it to my local store or return free via UPS. The Customer Service Rep was pleasant and helpful, and the entire call was less than 5 minutes. I returned the item to my local store, who was helpful in crediting my card - they also helped me find something to replace my original purchase and was an even better choice!

Ordering on the website was quick and easy to understand. Ordered my 1st lamp via telephone and received great customer service but have to say ordering on the website was quicker. Whichever way you're comfortable with will provide excellent customer service.

Awesome selection, wanted something unique and I found it. These fixtures seemed a little pricy but now I know why they are built unbelievably well, they weigh 15 lbs at least, the glass is super thick, best fixtures I have purchased in 20 + years!

These bulbs are a bit difficult to find, especially in different sizes. Usually a DIY home store carries one or two choices.

I ordered two lamps and received them by FedEx within a couple of days. They were efficiently packed and in perfect condition. They look even better in person than from the website!

Site easy to navigate and use. I could've done without the instant barrage of unwanted emails, but overall, satisfied with my experience and my product.

We ordered a set of lamps that have glass bases. One was fine, but one had a piece of plastic stuck to the metal rod running down the inside. We called to return them and we were lucky enough to get Victoria C. As our service rep. Victoria went above and beyond to make sure we were able to get what we needed and turned what could have been a chore into a pleasant experience.

Great! I have been looking at this shade for a few weeks. It matches the wood planks I added th my home.
