Been easy to navigate, even for an old timer who is somewhat "tech challenged".
While the lamp base is nice, the shades are cheaply made and you can see where is seems/piping come together through the shade when the lamp is lite. The lamp really could use new shades for its design. Because of this, I'm taking off 2 stars.
Hi - it's common that a shade will have a seam in it, it's how the shade material is joined to create the shade shape. If the design is not to your liking we can help you find an alternate design.
