Very easy to find what we wanted and the price was exceptional
The shades were nice but damaged on arrival. The box was pushed in and the shades were both dented. I reshaped them but the damage is visible on both. It's ok because the lamps are old. I just with you cared about your product enough to package it better.

Package received in Good condition. Products packed close/clumped together between two layers of plastic insolation … should have been packaged separately. One globe shattered, other scratched but usable (I hope). The Globes were next to each other and obviously touching. Fairy Light and Water Can appear OK. Service from Sterno Home was horrible... no phone response; had to make multiple e-mail requests before I got any response.
We ordered two lamps and very very happy with the quality and the aesthetics of the lamps. We were also pleased that Lamps Plus offered to send the correct light bulbs without us requesting them. BUT, the packaging was terrible. It was packaged in a weird Styrofoam that literally disintegrated when touched and fell apart as we tried to throw it out leave thousands of tiny bits outside just before a rainfall. Needless to say this is not very environmentally friendly when we have a serious plastic problem in our oceans and our landscapes generally drain to the ocean. Love the products, disappointing packaging.
Hi - we apologize for the issues you had with the packaging. All the packing material can be recycled, so we encourage you to do that. We do use biodegradable packing peanuts for some designs, but others, including those that come from sone of our vendors, may still use other material. The labs came properly however they were not taken out of the box yet because they are for a new house which is not yet built once the house is built I will take the lamps out of the box and inform you if there's any issues Laurie was fine thank you very much

Ordered 2 of same pendant lights. One light delivered early and 2nd I had to call. Neither arrived when specified.
