Placed an order on Dec 26. Card was charged $260. Lamp was supposed to arrive 1/5. Card was charged again when order was updated to 2/7 deliver. Card was charged AGAIN 1/23 and STILL NO LAMP! I hate this company. I will never order from the again. Was charged 3 times for no lamp and it's going on TWO MONTHS after order. Don't bother. I'd also question these positive reviews on here. FAKE. Check out all the complaints on the BBB website. Terrible!

Hello - We are very sorry to hear that your order is experiencing delays. Rest assured we are more than happy to assist you in resolving this matter. Due to shipping container shortages and transit delays during this time, some of our vendors are experiencing longer than normal shipping delays and restocks. Also, for our Giclee items, they are hand built to order, which does take slightly longer to ship out. For orders that are delayed they will create pending authorizations every 14 business days until the item has shipped out. Once shipped then the order will charge, it does not charge before the order ships out; we do apologize for the confusion. After reviewing your order we do see that the order has entered within the final stage of fulfillment and will be shipping out shortly. Once shipped you will receive an email shipped notice with tracking. We do apologize for any inconvenience this delay has caused and thank you for your patience while we work the vendor to fulfill your order.

Broken table

I was sent a broken table that has a huge chip in the base where it screws in so the table can't even be assembled. And the base is all dirty and table scratched. This was clearly used or a return. Very disappointed. Waiting on customer service to know how they will handle this cause this will be a big pain to try and pack up and send back.

Hi Jerry - we apologize if your table arrived damaged. We do pack items securely for shipping, but damage during the shipping process does occur at times, and we apologize for that. If you contact our customer service team they can set up a re-ship and a time for the damaged table to be picked up and returned. Thank you.

Exactly what I was looking for

I don't like the harshness of filament bulbs but I like the traditional Edison bulb shape. These milky bulbs are perfect!
