I ordered and paid for 2 pendant lights; however, I received only one light. I called Lamps Plus immediately as I wanted two, not one. I don't want to drag out the story, but I made many calls and emails to them as well as FedEx. I finally got the missing pendant 10 days later! The manufacturer had to resend it per their protocol.
I do love the pendant's though.
The lamp was perfect, quuick and easy checkout. It came in pieces but was easy to assemble with minimal effort.

I bought a product and I never received it. Fedex said that they delivered. I reached out to the company and explained that I didn't receive and they opened a case with Fedex and said the same thing. They just redirected me to the Credit Card company to dispute the value. They are not serious about online business. If you buy and they rely on Fedex, someone needs to be responsible. Anyway, I just wanted to let you know that can happen to anyone and they don't really take the accountability of their clients. I shipped it, it is your problem now.

I order 2 porcelain Chinese pagodas from this company and never received my order despite it being said it was delivered by FedEx! FedEx said they delivered it to the correct address, but I argued and argued and insisted they did not! I told the company I wanted my money back! They refused! I knew they we're wrong and sure enough I was right! 3 weeks later my order from FedEx arrived damaged! Now it seems I'm being completely ignored!

UPDATE: Within 2 hours of posting my review below I received a phone call from Lamps Plus customer service offering to replace my lamps. In the end they ended up completely refunding the purchase to my landscaper who will be writing me a check. Appreciate not having to send back the product and finding replacement products in their catalog. If this had happened immediately upon me requesting warranty service this would have been a five-star review.
My landscaper purchased 3 low voltage path lights Sept 2021. Installed them November 2021 and all three have already failed. These lights are supposed to have 1000's of hours on them.
They say the product is passed its one-year warranty. ALL THREE FAILED! They don't even sell them anymore. Avoid this company at all cost!

I was foolish and went to lamp plus first. Shop other sites and request a promo or coupon. Lamp Plus hides or makes if diffucult to get a promo or coupon as the chat line was no hel. First the customer service led me to a promo that could not be opened, 2nd I went to spread out my purchase with there affilate sezzle (or whatever) site was not available so I called and could not reach anyone. So lesson learned shop around.

Lamps Plus appears to delete negative reviews!
Shade was too big. Design is nice, but as it goes around the shade, it just doesn't look the same, there are fewer lines.
I paid $49.99 for 'off white with silver circles' lamp shade and returned item within a few hours because I didn't like it. Company refunded me $31 dollars and kept $21... they KEPT TWENTY ONE DOLLARS FOR SHIPPING! They have been a nightmare to deal with. I will never do business with such an awful company.
Lamps Plus did offer to give me a full refund if I destroyed the shade and sent picture. I did not want to destroy a perfectly good shade, when it could have been used by a shelter or someone in need! Disgusting policy and not 100% satisfaction guarantee!
