The LampsPlus website led us to believe that putting together the motor and bird bath would be a snap. It wasn't. Also, the electrical cord is approximately 2 feet long - so not helpful. Will most likely be our last LampsPlus purchase.

I hated the original light we bought for our basement project (did not buy it from LampsPlus) and had to get a new one picked out before the electricians were done with our project or it would have cost us more to switch out the light. I could not find anything local that would look good and work. I found this beautiful semis flush mount light from LampsPlus and it it didn't take too long to receive it. It is actually prettier in person than in the photos.

I love my floor lamp but we put the lamp together and made the mistake of throwing the box away. The lamp doesn't work right it flickers all the time. I knew because we threw the box out you guys wouldn't exchange the lamp for us. Love the style but very disappointed in the lamp.

I purchased three fans and then went to your store to purchase a down rod. I was told that there was not one in stock, but I could pay $20.00 and expedite one for next day delivery. Since my electrician needed it, I paid the fee. I received my order not the next day, but three days later and then had to pay the electrician for another trip. I have been your customer for many years, but no longer. I hope that $20.00 was worth it to you.

We purchased 2 lights and a fan. All have been amazing products. The fan is perfect for my small office. Very quiet and gives a nice strong air flow.

We ordered 3 outdoor lights from Lamps Plus. They came. They were exactly as we expected. They look great for our home. Upon installation we realized that one of the lamps did not have the special screws needed for installation. I contacted Lamps Plus and they sent out a replacement immediately. This one had the screws and we could finish the project successfully with minimal delay.

I wanted a very specific lamp to match my bedroom set. I was having issues locating what I wanted, I found it on Lamps Plus.
It arrived in perfect condition and looks great!
