I have bought many different lighting fixtures through Lamps Plus online site as well as their brick/mortar store for three homes. Selection is huge, pricing is good, delivery is very quick. I have never had any problems for the 20 items ordered.
The metalwork of the drum shade was twisted and not perfectly square. I am a bit disappointed considering the price. If I had bought this at a big box store, I would have returned.

I ordered a lamp for my home office. The first time I ordered the lamp, I inadvertently kept the shipping address as my old address in Wash. State and I now live in Florida. By time I realized this, it was too late (only by about 12 hours) but I called Customer Service and they were unable to stop it BUT I did get a rapid refund. I ordered the lamp again and got it rapidly in Florida. Their customer service and shipping is excellent. The lamp is a little darker than depicted in their photograph but still lovely and I am very happy. I have bought multiple lamps from them in the past and have never been disappointed. At one point I had to return one because once installed, it was too small but again, they were great at refunding me the money. Their customer service is exemplary.

I was hoping this lamp would meet my needs but I did not get the illumination needed so I returned it. The lampshade is darker that what is shown on the website so unless I purchased a more translucent shade, this one would not do for my purposes. The return was simple and the refund was quickly made.
The company was very easy to work with and I would recommend Lamps Plus to anyone.
