I received a glass wall sconce that came shattered. I contacted LampsPlus about the issue and they sent a replacement piece. My only real complaint was that when I initially reached out to LampsPlus they took many days to initially reply and I was concerned they didn't receive my message. But they easily and painlessly sent me a new lamp and the second one came quickly and undamaged.

Some marks and small issues with the furniture - packaging on one unit was bad and broken.

Items were broken during shipment. These were 2 larger rectangle shaped mirrors. They did arrive at the timeframe expected. We anticipated they would have been better packed just for shipping, but they had no styrofoam or bubble wrap to protect corners. It's clear from how they broke the had been set on edge at a single point rather than setting on the whole edge. Boxes were clearly marked as mirrors.
We are working with LP to get a credit for items- & will not repurchase these items.
At least CS responded back right away when we alerted them. Which hasn't been the case with some other large internet businesses.

I didn't have the ability to leave any shipping instructions. I need this send FED Ex regular or UPS not through USPS since they don't recognize our street address.
I needed a specific style, height and found a good selection on Lamp Plus. The lamp is beautiful and quality base. Unfortunately the shade had a few dents in shipping that are barely noticeable but I hide them in placement of the lamp.
