I purchased a shade from Lamps Plus to replace a shade that was really beat up. It arrived packed with care and the shade looks great. It was easy to find a new shade in a similar size and the even included hardware that I would need to attach it to my floor lamp.

My order was delayed significantly for unknown reasons, but it did arrive in good condition in the end. However, once the fans (I got two of these with light kits) were installed, one has a flickering light issue and I'd have to unwire and take it down to troubleshoot it. Both have delays when clicking them on - they jerk, pause, turn the wrong direction, and then start working correctly after about 2 seconds. It's odd, but not odd enough for me to tear them out and return them. One is on a wall switch and it makes no difference if you use that or the remote.

Lights - take a second to respond to changes in dimming with the remote, but go from very dim to incredibly bright, which is a really nice range.

Blades are ABS plastic, not actual wood.

I will say they look really nice, are very modern, and are absolutely silent! The airflow is impressive compared to the old 1990s flat five-bladed fan I replaced, too. Three blades on these make the room feel more spacious, too. Overall I like the fans, but they seem to have some built in odd response to being turned on.

LampsPlus has a large selection of lamp shades. I found exactly that I wanted for a bedroom remodel. Appreciate the prompt delivery too.

I almost did not purchase this because it did not say if the light was dimmable in the description, it is. I took a chance and after that, the process was flawless. Delivered in a timely manner, packaged securely, all parts were accounted for. Installation went smoothly and the installer made a point of telling how well made it is. It is also very quite.

I love this site and have been using it for years. Never had a problem and their products are simply beautiful and very well made. Selection is excellent and plentiful; in fact the worse thing about it all is trying to decide which item to choose!
In this order, I wanted solar LED path lights. Yes, you can find them in the big box stores and even discount stores and I am sure they do the job. However, I wanted something a bit different and distinctive! These lights are beautiful, project a distinct pattern and very well made. They are so nice, I ordered another two sets! I hope to have them for years to come!
Seriously, this is a great company and I intent to use them again!

We were very pleased with our lamps. They were so easy to assemble and had very quick delivery. Seamless ordering process.

Good options on filters (outside/inside, size, #blades, etc) - only problem was the filters kept showing me fans with a light which i didn't want.

Great customer service help me find missing parts on my fan by sending me a receiver and remote.

Lovely product

This lamp arrived well packaged and was easy to assemble. It is good quality even with the plastic shade. This lamp fits in very well with the other furniture in my family room.

Went through 2000+ lamps offered. Mine happened to be on sale! Product details were important. The pair I bought weighed 18 pounds each which meant they would be very stable in our TV room which has lots of activity. They are beautiful.

Fast and good quality with everything provided. The actual bulb was the LED type which was new to me. It's lifespan maybe greater than mine.

It is an easy to navigate web site with many choices of products. Listing of weights on many ceiling lights is very useful. I am replacing an old bathroom ceiling light, about 3 pounds, with no idea what is structurally behind it. I don't want to gamble on a heavy replacement light.
