It took FOREVER, as in eight weeks+ to receive my full order. I'm sure it was a supply issue, so not the fault of Lamps+. Product is great, so all is well!
We do apologize for any delays with your order. We keep the information online as up to date as possible as having accurate lead times is important to us. However, there can be delays if items are in transit or if it is an item that ships directly from the vendor. We’re glad to hear your order was received and everything is going well.
Loved the appearance from the photos, and for the most part the lamp delivered everything I wanted. The only problem I had was with sloppy workmanship at the top of the wooden pillar where the light is mounted. Before I assembled the lamp I took a close look as the edges of the wood were frayed and disturbed, at the first touch, many flakes of finished wood fell off the tower and had to be glued back into place to cover up the unstained wood. This is my only nit.
