You did not have the correct size blubs we needed. A larger-than-needed blubs was sent and we could not use them. Thus, I must travel 31 miles to return the blubs for a $ 75.00 refund.

I have bought wall lamps from Lamps Plus and had to send the first set back as it was missing some screws. They took it back without a problem and the second set I purchased was perfect. I've ordered a floor lamp and table lamp from them in the past and I would certainly buy from them again. Great products and service!

The lamp I ordered was an unboxed lamp. It came broken. To return was going to be too expensive so I fixed it myself. I would not recommend buying unboxed as it is expensive to return when they come broken.

I was hesitant to order this lamp. The shade is stain glass, so I wasn't sure if it would survive the shipping. It was perfect when I opened the boxes. It's perfect.

My lamp was online only.the first lamp came broken.i paid for another for the exchange and return.they sent the wrong one. Then I ordered a new one and the lady forgot to press the buy button so I never received the new one. Finally I got to talk to a manager. I have already put in a complaint and Noone contacted me. Horrible! Customer sevice.

So easy to order online with free shipping instead of going to the store in 110 degree temp.
Purchased two fixtures for outside to replace old ones that flank the garage. Proportions were too big so returned in person to my neighborhood Lamps Plus. Original order was through the website. Easy and quick return in store. Purchased same set that was a size smaller and it works great and looks fantastic. The fixtures elevate the house and make it look more modern, fresh and current. Easy to install, well made and highly recommend. Hopefully will hold up well to the elements.
