I would give it zero stars if i could! I would highly advise you not to purchase anything from this company. I bought a dress and it doesn't fit at all like the sizing guide says it will. Runs smalls. The fabric is cheap and I would not want to wear this in a wedding. Not worth the price. I tried to return it and they wouldn't let me. I tried to get a phone number to speak to someone/manager and they wouldn't give me one and said they don't take calls. And now they have stopped responding to my emails all together. It ships internationally via dhl and requires a signature upon delivery. They are rude and it's a scam! Terrible company, terrible customer service, terrible products!

No matter how bad the dress is or how poorly it fits, they refuse to accept any returns.

I asked them specifically what their criteria are for if a dress qualifies for return and they told me outright that it was an "arbitrary decision" made by the customer service representatives. Meaning that no matter how bad the dress is, they can choose not to accept a return (this is exactly what is happening to me).

Do not shop from here - they are horrible and fraudulent.

My dress is ferfect! I just wanna say I'm in love with the dress, I'm happy with my purchase and I'm likely to buy from you guys again if future special events come up

Never purchase from these people. We waited and waited for my daughter's prom dress. There is no method to contact these people other than an email, and we always received the same response, "we custom make our dresses and you dress requires extra details and you will receive it in two weeks". This went on and on until one day prior to my daughter's event. When she finally received it, (it was sent to the wrong address and I had to intervene), the dress was so big and I'll fitting, in addition to my daughter "looking like a Disney character", there was no way she could wear it. After several attempts to contact LALAMIRA, (again, you cannot call them), they offered me 10 percent off my next purchase! Are you kidding me?

Don't order from this company. I orders a custom dress and it was completely disproportioned. Tried getting my money back through Lalamira and it was a bunch of bull$#*!. Pictures, emails, and total disregard for what I wanted: a full refund. I contacted the FTC and filed a report. Then contacted my credit card co isn't and filed a dispute. The. Credit card company refunded my$$. They will challenge the bogus Lalamira.
I urge you NOT TI SUPPORT this company. They should t even be on the internet. Microsoft take charge!

I cannot believe how terrible the customer service has been for a dress I purchased. I ordered two flower girl dresses. One which had unequal shoulder straps that had to be corrected by a tailor and the other when we went to put it on for the wedding the zipper broke and wouldn't budge. We literally had to sew her into the dress and after had to cut the zipper to get her out. First they said they wouldn't do anything for it because it was my fault. Excuse me, I know how to do a zipper and then said they'd give me only 10% back. Do not buy from them. They are awful. Horrible horrible experience.

I wore this dress to my prom and I absolutely astonished everyone when I told them I only spent $180 on it, they were all drooling on their less-pretty, $400 dresses. I put a petticoat under because I wanted more poof. There is a lot of layers and the dress is very heavy so if you're new to walking around in a huge dress I would suggest get a petticoat to lift the layers away from your legs. I absolutely loved this dress, I definitely recommended lalamira to about a 1000 people

I ordered a gorgeous dress, it arrived on time but the color was different and nothing like the picture! It was supposed to be a summer dress and they sent a heavy cheap winter one. When I asked for a return they said no, they told us wasn't their responsibility and sell it elsewhere. Horrible experience and they were super rude! I basically lost all my money and will never wear that disgusting cheap dress. Please NEVER buy from them.
