I filed a dispute with my credit card company and was able to get a refund for the whole amount because the merchant was unresponsive to my credit card company's communications.
For those of you who may want to file a complaint do what I did. I filed a complaint against this vendor with my credit card company and Pay Pal which was the method of payment used. Lets see how this will turn out. I will keep you all posted.
As for a class action lawsuit. Any lawyer out there interested?
I ordered a dress and when their site would not accept payment I paid via Paypal as directed. Kept getting email saying it had not been paid for. Checked with Paypal and my bank to verify they had been paid. I sent LaLaMira my receipts from Paypal and was told that they still did not have my money and they asked to be paid again. I filed a dispute with Paypal and my bank... and ordered a dress someplace else for 2x the price. They wanted to be paid twice and THAT was not happening.
This dress was perfect for my prom! I got it in gold and it looked beautiful. I would recommend ordering more than a month before your event to guarantee it comes in time. Other than that though, the quality was amazing and it worked perfectly! No complaints with the dress itself at all! Lalamira

At first, I was a little scared about buying this without getting myself measured but I bought it in the smallest size. I am 5 ft and weigh 120. I had mine made customed and I love it. It came a week early and I couldn't be more happy about that. I love the customer service they were so nice and patient. Lalamira
I just got this dress in the mail and it is perfect. I ordered using the size chart and it fit great. It's also a really nice quality dress, not itchy at all and absolutely gorgeous. I highly recommend itlalamira

Lala Mira posts a return policy that says they take returns. I checked this out first because I wasn't sure if material would be itchy or if the flower girl dresses would fit my twin girls. They sent me a totally different dress! And will not return it. Look at these pictures! They say it is the exact same dress except one is in pearl pink and one is in blush pink. The dress they sent is in TWO different colors not to mention the actual dress itself is different. This company is a scam. I've reported the purchase to my cc company. But be warned. DO NOT buy a dress from this company. I've never seen such a lack of customer service. They actually wrote to me I should try and sell it to a friend or online myself!
I bought a same one last year in a different Brand, but same design. Loved it. Could only find this color in this Brand so took a chance on this being of the same great quality of the other one. I am not disappointed. I'm wearing it to my grandson's wedding this fall. Absolutely love the fit, the color, and the QUALITY of this dress. Lalamira

We bought dress 150 so not cheap when we got it the zip was broken. The first time zip it up it broke. Sent email same day as getting the dress. The reply bck was SHOCKING we was told 2 take dress 2 fixer n it was our fault. I wouldn't NEVER use this wed site again. Cheap material cheap zip n keep yr money n blame you.
