DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

They do not accept returns or exchanges, their only form of communication is through rude, illiterate emails. Oh, and they don't have a US number either, they only have a Chinese phone number and no one answers. The dress I got didn't look like the material in the photo at all, and it's a little small in the bust area and they wouldn't even do an exchange. They are ridiculous and should be sued for lying and theft. I've never been treated so poorly by a online retail store in my entire life.

The dress I ordered is nothing like the picture. This is a fraud Company they post a picture of amazing dresses that isn't their product. This company uses photos from who knows where. You think you are ordering what they make and advertise.
I got a dress 3 times larger then what I ordered and looks nothing like the advertised picture. The material is very cheap looking. Horrible customer service. They will not return the dress and said this is what I ordered.
Save your Money and don't waist your time.

Terrible customer service- do not deliver by the date promised ( do not rely on them for any important events as i stupidly have done) I ordered 3 bridesmaid dresses when it was getting close to the delivery date- i followed up with the company they had no recollection of my order at all ( nor did they bother to try and find it) I became stressed and i received no reply. The dresses were received 4 days past the delivery date. ( I had already purchased new ones in a panic and no longer required these ones) That also look nothing like the images online. Shame on me for running behind and ordering late but i paid for express postage so they would arrive on time. When i contacted the company NO apologise. This was their response Hi,

We have to stick to our policy. You case has passed 7-days-limit return policy, the return is definitely not possible now. So, you can keep your dress or resell it by yourself.

I have gone back and forth and had nothing but terrible customer service by staff and paid a lot of money for nothing. I work in the Events industry and will 100% recommending my clients to be using another company.

Dresses that you see on their website look NOTHING like the one you get,
You will be very disappointed and no matter what you will NOT get a refund.
This whole "company "is a lie

This company is a scam plain and simple. They do not honor their own refund policy. They show pictures of beautiful dresses that you think you are purchasing and then they send you some knock-off half put together atrocity that nobody would wear outside of their house. I am adding the pictures to the dress that they lied and said they were making for me and the one that I received. You be the judge as to whether these dresses even look similar. Please do not disregard the negative reviews! You will be very disappointed if you do. I lost over $200 with them and they almost ruined my 20th Anniversary party. Don't be scammed like I was.

I ordered my daughter a prom dress from this site. Tye picture the dress was pretty. Had nice detail to the mermaid dress with appliques that has some sort or sparkle to it. We got the dress and it looked nothing like the dress in the photo on their site. They are basically refusing to give me my money back even though their site does not state anything about all sales are final. Nothing on their site gave me the idea that i would not be able to return the dress
