PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF THE HASSLE! Although their dresses are beautiful, their customer service is awful and they leave no room to correct any issues. I purchased a dress for my daughter for her homecoming.We were ordering a standard size however their site says that their sizes are specific to them and to use their measurement chart to ensure ordering the correct size. Although their measuring chart had us order a size way bigger than we would normally get, we ordered it based upon their recommendations. When it arrived it was twice as big and we had no time to reorder or exchange as her homecoming was that week. I took the picture that day and opened a ticket for a refund or exchange at a later date (their site says it must be done in 7 days of receipt) I followed up 5 times over the course of 10 days, never to of been giving proper status - they asked to resend the pic, asked to open another ticket, then never responded for days to later (after I chatted with an online rep) told me it was over 7days... and finally after I got very upset no one was helping me, was told its my fault for ordering the wrong size and they just did what I asked so they will not return or exchange it! Why not make it right, why not exchange for a correct size - instead they told me to go have it altered. NEVER AGAIN WILL I ORDER FROM HERE AND I ENCOURAGE YOU NOT TO AS WELL.

Do NOT buy anything from them! They said my item would arrive October 1st I kept emailing for a tracking number and they only created a DHL shipping label! I emailed them and asked where was my package and lalamira said it was shipped on the 29th. Bull! I called DHL said no package was received that all they did was create a shipping label with my name! I've emailed them sooo many times they ignore my question and now I'm stuck with no dress! They said they're based in UK but they're in China! Do NOT trust them it's a scam you'll just be all stressed out in the end just like me! I have emailed them bc on lalamira they said it was shipped and some random person said "it shipped" and that's all!

I would give them no stars if I could! Horrible dishonest company! Dresses don't fit to measurement. They were all big. They swore they would get there on time for my event. They arrived 2 days after. They promised delivery on a day DHL doesn't even deliver! They won't take them back. Go to TBdress or Eric dress. Same dresses same prices! TBdress actually delivered dress a lot earlier they said and fit perfectly!

They will not return dresses! I ordered a dress and had express shipping and still took over 2 weeks to come in. I went off the size chart they supply online and the dress doesn't match the size specified online! Please be aware as they told me to find somewhere to alter the dress. The dress is all lace on top you can't alter that and make it look good. They are no help and do not help with customer service. Terrible. And material was cheaply made and terrible product. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. It looks good on the model but it's a scam!

ORDERED A PROM DRESS, EXPRESS SHIPPING (3-4 DAY DELIVERY FOR AN EXTRA $25) AND IT'S BEEN 3 WEEKS & I STILL HAVE YET TO SEE MY DRESS. AFTER SEVERAL EMAIL INQUIRIES, I WAS TOLD THAT AFTER 24-48 HOURS THEY WILL NOT GIVE A REFUND! THE DRESS WAS SUPPOSEDLY GETTING INSPECTED FOR SHIPPING 1 WEEK AGO, HOW LONG DOES THIS PROCESS TAKE? WHAT A BUNCH OF BS! THE HOMECOMING DANCE WAS LAST WEEK & I WAS WITHOUT THE DRESS THAT I ORDERED FOR $138. I WOULD SUBMIT A PHOTO FOR PROOF OF PURCHASE, BUT I DON'T HAVE A DRESS O DO THAT! EXTREMELY UNHAPPY!

Do not buy from this company they don't return nothing it's cheap made and looks nothing like the picture I wouldn't even wear his for a Halloween costume it's that bad! And the shipping company they use is even worse thank goodness I have video surveillance at my home they swore they came to my door and knocked I pulled sent it in to show they never did they came two days later and lied and said they went to the next town over to the same address when I googled what they said that address doesn't exist in that town. Thanks to lalamira for making me waste 200 and having to go buy another wedding dress at the last minute.

I ordered 2 dresses for my son's wedding--was a horrible memory they created for me! On the package they ship to you they put another address from the US. They tell you they will give your money back but will not. It takes 4-6 weeks to get the shipment and if you want to return anything or exchange, you will receive a notice you can't exchange or get a refund due to its been over 15 days. They also had the nerve to tell me that clothes never look like the photos when you buy on the internet! Worse company I have ever dealt with. Please do not order from this company. It's a scam!
I bought 2 dresses at a cost of $269.00. Both dresses looked NOTHING like the photos--I wouldn't even wear them for Halloween!

I wish I had seen this prior to purchasing. Of course, the reviews posted ON THEIR site are glowing (FAKE). I contacted them within hours of my delivered product to which you can only respond via email, you must contact them within 24 hours, but they took 3 weeks to respond to me. They insulted me-- they use STOLEN photos of dresses that aren't their own and take your money and ship you something that is worse than a packaged Halloween outfit. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY. I will be reporting this company as they send fraudulent pieces and do not abide by their return policy. The Better Business Bureau, Consumer Protection Agency and the Ohio Attorney General are some of the agencies that I will report them to! I think they also sell casual clothes on other sites, such as NORACARA.

I ordered a custom made dress and paid extra for custom made. The dress is 8 cm too long and 4 cm too wide. I can not wear the dress! If they used my measurements, why doesn`t it fit? They asked for pictures to show the problem and kept on sending me email about how sure they are that it was made "correct".
They refuse to contribute towards alteration fees! Very poor customer service.Not resolving the problem. Stay away from Ellamira

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, they are a scam. The products you order are not the the same you see advertised on the website. I ordered wedding shoes and when I got them the entire sole was detached where the glue had separated the sole was left hanging. The company was extremely rude and pretty much told me that it's not possible to give me a refund, well I filed a claim with my credit card and now this company is saying they can refund it. But only because they had gotten notified by my credit card company. I am wait for them to send me a return slip. Horrible experience, horrible customer service. Avoid this site like the plague!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. They sent me a different dress than the one I ordered and, when I asked for the correct dress or to return it, they said no and that it's "common sense" that things look different online than in person and that their tailors "don't make mistakes". The dress is literally nothing like the dress I ordered. I sent pictures to them and they told me that it's good enough and I can't return it.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM and DO NOT BELIEVE THEIR RETURN POLICY. I've filed a dispute with my bank on the charge for the dress.

I loved my dress - it was really beautiful. Despite having extensive alterations in the UK (£250 worth) it still worked out to be excellent value. The zip broke first time I used it but I intended always to have the zipper taken out and a corset back put in so it didn't matter. The corset back made it perfect and the whole bodice needed taking in, more boning, adjustments to the drape and split, and the front shortening. But everyone has raved about it and I have had so many compliments on my amazing dress. It was perfect for my tropical beach wedding. And for under £400 total I am very happy indeed. All I would say is be prepared that if you buy a dress from abroad like this you have to budget for alterations by a decent seamstress at home.
