I ordered one dress from this company and it was nice quality and arrived on time. However, the problems began when I tried to place another order and the website said it would arrive in time for my parent's 40th wedding anniversary. I asked for a refund and the company refund. They said it was "custom made" which it was not and they could not refund my money. When I tried to follow up the customer service was deceptive and said that they had stated it would take 40 days to arrive. Now, I am out $70 with no dress and my daughter had to wear another one for the party.

I have been waiting for my "beautiful" prom dress for more than a month and it finally arrived today. This was supposed to be for my first ever prom, but it's going to be more like my first public embarrassment. The fabric is nothing like described on the website, the gems on the back are cheap and seem as though they may fall off if I lean against them, and the seams are coming off in the slit and around the bodice while the shoulders go about 3 inches above where my own shoulders are(and I payed for custom) Please do not buy from here, you will regret it.

I ordered my dress. Payment went already said it was paid for. It said I needed to approve after I payed to see if the color, style, and size was right so I tried to approve it and they didn't even have none of that! They asked about my personal information like pictures of my credit card and a picture of my Id and last 4 digits! And they wasn't going to send me my dress until I did that even though it already took my money off my card and was paid for! Scammers is all they are! Not a real business just stealing people's money!

They had a nice dress online and the photos looked amazing. When I got it in the mail, the quality clearly wasn't there and it looked horrible on me. I tried to return it and they had outrageous demands, they wanted to see how it looked on me from all angles. It made me look fat, but I complied with the ridiculous request anyways. They said it looked fine and would not accept a return. The dress was tried on once and in perfect condition. Do not use this merchant and do not have anything to do with them. They are scammers with garbage quality products.

I purchased a dress in October. I tried to cancel it 1hour after ordering. I could not submit to cancel because the website wouldn't let me. Contact info was only by email. I still have not receive my dress and it's November. And I paid for express shipping. Don't order from this site period. They take your money. I have learned my lesson. Read the reviews before ordering. Still to this day my order details say my order has not been shipped. But they took my money.

Update... still fighting refund 05/03/20, and have a legal case. Been told all those unhappy keep fighting for refund. This company are thieves. Ordered dress, arrived after delay, lovely dress and as described. Size correct however still too big. Asked to return and told need pics of proof it doesnt fit. Put on dress, photo taken and sent, then told no refund as dress has been tried on! Entrapment. Scam. Fighting for refund details, head office and legal team details. Awful.

I will be in a wedding soon and ordered a dress online. I was not worried about not being able to return it because any reputable company with quality products would let you return or even exchange it not please. That is not the case with this company! When I received it I was not happy with it. I emailed the very next day ready to return or even exchange but I received an email response a few days later saying they can not help me because it is passed the 7 day return policy. Like wth? This company is set up to only take your money and does not care about anything else. I am not sure how they are still in business! Not happy with this at all. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!

I ordered a size 12 bridesmaid dress, but when it arrived they had made a mistake and sent a size 14 which we did try and was miles too big. I emailed them thinking it would be a simple case of me sending the size 14 back to them, and upon receipt of the dress they would then send the size 12 that I ordered and paid for. But No they assured me that they had sent the correct size, I proceeded by sending them a copy of the order confirmation which clearly stated size 12 as well as the label that the dress come with which clearly stated uk size 14. I also measured the dress which were the same measurements they advertise for a size 14 After going back and forth, I got nowhere apart from them telling me its there policy which makes absolutely no sense considering they made the mistake.

This store gives false advertisement. The dresses they show which is of high quality isn't what you're going to get. The dress I had ordered for my daughter was ugly and no way near from what was shown on their website. This store is just a big scam and a rip off. We ordered the dress based on their size chart which was so inaccurate and the dress came too big and we were told we can't return it, because it wasn't defective and it was sent correctly as to what we ordered. Their customer service is horrible. They have no clue on the concept of 30 day money back guarantee. My entire experience is a nightmare. DON'T EVER EVER SHOP IN THIS STORE!

I ordered a mother of the bride dress for my daughter's wedding. I tried it on the day I received it and it looked like a cheap prom dress. I immediately contacted them and was told that I could not return the dress because it was "custom ordered". When ordering the dress, I had to chose the color of the skirt. This makes it a "custom order" even though there is no other way to order the dress. They may make okay dresses for prom, or teenagers, but the dress looked horrible for my needs. Also, the are in China and not London - like advertised.

The dress I bought was not at all close to what was pictured. The quality is terrible. And this was their response when I asked for a refund:

There is nothing wrong with the dress itself. The difference is acceptable. It's unfair for us to take the responsibility. Just keep the dress or you can send it to your friends or resell it locally. The return is really not possible.

Thank you for your understanding and time."

Their refund policy is very clear, if returned in proper condition you can get a refund. Terrible business practice, absolutely horrible customer service. Will never buy from them again & contacting Better Business Bureau now.
