I was out of town due to COVID precautions and ordered a dress for my bridal shower-- this dress looked HORRIBLE and when I emailed them to return it (after 12 days)-- they told me I could not return this $106 purchase, as it was past the 7 day return date. 7 days-- ARE YOU KIDDING ME? And they did not take into account any COVID issues. Completely disgusted and dissatisfied with them!

Total scam

Their return policy is predatory. They waited over a week to ship something I paid over $20 for expedited shipping with. The event I needed it for passed, I messaged saying I wanted the money back. They sent a email saying they'd respond in 24 hours. 54 hours later no message, but I get a shipping notification with no tracking information. SCAMMERS

Horrible! I bought my here and gave them my exact measurements. The dress came in, everyone was a little socked because it did not look the same as the picture but I still tried it on and when I did... I just cried. You could fit 2 of me in this dress. I sent them pictures and confirmed my measurements and NOTHING! They refused to return or exchange. I would advise everyone to stay away from this company!

Refused to refund

Dress did not fit right despite being custom made. The bra was sagging and straps fell off, the waist strap sat below my bust instead of my waist, and was too large since I gave them a waist measurement. Customer service advised me that I made a mistake and did not order the right size... I paid extra to have it custom made. Will never order from them again and am canceling the orders for the other dresses.

I would not recommend LaLaMira. This is what we received after multiple emails regarding our return:
"Hi,
There is nothing wrong with the dress itself. It's unfair for us to take the responsibility. The return is definitely not possible. Just keep the dress and fis it or send it to your friends or resell it locally,"!:-(

Don't waste your money. I ordered a bridesmaid dress which was supposed to be Cabernet. I received a dress that was half Cabernet and half Tan. I put in a ticket within a few hours of receiving the dress only to be told that it cannot be exchanged. They said it was a slight variation in color. No this was a totally different color. I've attached a photo of one of the other bridesmaids dress which is the right color. And the one that they sent me. This is an insult to the Bride. This is not her colors. They told me to try and sell the dress locally. I can only imagine how many people are trying to find this dress in this color. Smh.

This is the ugliest dress ever! Very cheap flimsy material, cheaper looking than tricot! Customer service is absolutely the worst ever! Will never recommend this company, I am just out 200.00! Don't want to even give 1 star!

One star only because I had to! The dress ordered for upcoming is not the dress received! What a flimsy piece of garbage they passed off as a dress. Customer service is a sham! They blame you for improper measuring. The dress looks like the bra cups are sewn on outside. Don't waste your money because they refuse to refund you!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! I ordered a formal dress which they will not accept as a return. I requested their customer return request form and took photos as stated in their return policy. Even though the dress is cheaply made, too heavy, too long and too small they still will not accept it. I ordered a size 10 even though I wear a size 8. I thought if it was too big I could have it altered but it's TOO SMALL. I have paid close to $200.00 for a dress I can't wear and I don't like! It doesn't look like the picture also. THERE IS NO CUSTOMER SATISFACTION!

A FRAUD!

If I could give this company 0 stars I would. For starters, if you're debating purchasing anything from this website, DON'T! THEY. ARE. A. SCAM. They will send you a deceiving dress, completely different from the image, different material, style, and everything. Then they promise a 7-day refund if you're unsatisfied, however, once you email them they will respond saying "there's no possible way to issue a refund, and if you're unsatisfied with the dress just give it to a friend or resell it. This is absurd and a joke of a company. Never have I ever witnessed such appalling customer service, they are a FRAUD. So, just gave your money and pay a little more to get something authentic

The dress was nothing like it was pictured not even the Fabric was the same. Great price horribly made dresses! Do not waste your time buying! They will not accept any return for any reason or exchange. Customer service was rude and unprofessional. I was told to give my daughters dress to a friend or resell it to a local store because the refund wasn't going to happen. My daughter spring formal is ruined because I can't afford to buy another dress at this time

I made the mistake of believing the positive reviews I read. Now that I've been ripped off I don't think any good reviews are legitimate. I ordered a prom dress for my daughter. I asked if changes to the design could be made and was told due to an agreement with the original makers they couldn't. That means the dress should look like the picture. Sounds like they have the pattern. The dress that arrived was red lace and that was the extent of the similarities. The neckline and back were supposed to be a deep plunging v. What arrived didn't look anything like the picture. The neckline and back were completely different, there was a heavy tan lining that didn't allow the dress to drape properly. When I complained about the discrepancy I was told
"When you order online common sense tells you it will look different ". I order almost everything exclusively online and no, common sense doesn't tell me that. Especially when I'm told no changes can be made to the design. Please don't give these people your money. They told me it's not their fault and to sell it to someone else. That a refund is not possible.

I ordered a prom dress for my daughter from lalamira.com and this was our first purchase from them and will be our last. The dress she received was not the dress she ordered - there were definite differences and it had a bad odor. They claim you can return items within the first 7 days with no problem. I contacted them on day 4 and they denied the return after asking for pictures of the dress claiming it was not defective. We never claimed it was defective only that she did not like it. They told us to just resell it on our own because it wasn't their fault she didn't like it. Seriously?! No ethical, reputable business takes this approach to customer service. Be forewarned if you decide to purchase from them that you will be stuck with whatever you get.

Poor customer service

Wish they would have been up front and completely honest about their return policy before I made a purchase. Did an online chat w a representative prior to placing and an order and they assured me that I could work with their customer group for any return. When the dress arrived and was the wrong fit and cut they said that it was my problem and they made the dress perfectly. They told me to keep it and try to sell it myself.)150 dress! Their customer service is poor and not a company I would ever purchase from again.

Bad business

This company is horrible. I paid $80 for a IVORY lace flower girl dress for my daughters wedding. The dress they sent was Snow White. They asked for photos and said they determined the dress was ivory through a picture. Not even close people. They won't even honor an exchange.

If I could give less than one star, I would. I received my dress and overall was not very impressed with the quality, but I get that you get what you pay for. However, upon close inspection, I noticed that the lace pattern was not the same as in the picture. The lace is very see through and the bra cups show through immensely in a very unflattering way. It would be nice if they would tell you this from the beginning. The lace pattern itself was a different pattern than the dress in the picture, quite noticeably around the neckline and stomach areas. The quality of the sewing was also very poor. The neckline was cut unevenly and went up further on one side than the other. Some of the sewn on lace was already not sewn down properly and peeling up. I contacted customer service and showed pictures of the dress and listed my issues and here were their responses verbatim. I cut and pasted these. "Hi

We have checked for you and we did the right dress in your order. We inspect the dress carefully before shipped out. When you are shopping online, it is common sense that the dress will definitely has some difference as the picture shows."

"Hi

There is nothing wrong with the dress itself. The difference is acceptable. It's unfair for us to take the responsibility. Just keep the dress or you can send it to your friends or resell it locally. The return is really not possible.

Thank you for your understanding and time."

The tone of voice in these responses is totally unacceptable as is the reasoning for not giving me a return. To tell someone that it's "common sense" that it would be different is outrageous and unheard of. I will never buy anything from this website again and strongly advise against people buying their products.

The sizing chart is not accurate. You spend a lot of money on these dresses and they don't allow an exchange. When spending that amount you should be able to exchange it with the right size. Please google and read the reviews on wedding wire. I wish I had read these before I purchased. They are knockoffs from real designers and do not fit properly. Try Mia Bella Couture!

Don't be tempted!

Dress took 9 weeks to arrive, the quality was terrible and you basically can't get a refund or return it. The dress was not the color or fabric that we expected or was detailed on their site. Terrible customer service and quality. Don't get lured in by the prices.
