Warning to other brides, do not buy a dress from LALA MIRA! I ordered a beautiful WHITE wedding dress. When I received my dress it was in a small box all bunched up. It has lavender flowers on it, not white! They are now refusing to refund my money since they state they sent me what I ordered.

Worst customer service ever and all they do is lie. They just want to take your money.

BEWARE BEWARE I recently ordered a dress from this website for my friends wedding I am a bridesmaid we requested the color royal blue the dress came a horrible ugly blue color it was nowhere near royal blue also the dress was not is a proper size even though I was professionally measured also the dress was not sewed during the midline the stitches were coming apart I reached and contacted customer service over the last few days and I am so outraged in the way they responded to me the last comment from the representative was it's not fair that they have to make the dress And now I want a full refund they told me to go sell the dress to a friend locally I could not believe the way I was treated as a paying customer I have took the situation into serious hands i contacted my financial institution to dispute the transaction I spent $200 on my dress do not buy the dress looks nothing like the advertised picture my friend also bought her wedding dress and it came it was supposed to be a mermaid gown it looks like something my grandma would wear very poor quality material do not buy…

Also the website states that they will offer a refund as long as the dress is not wORN or tailored or washed or anything fondled with it which I literally opened up the box saw the hideous thing and was quick to return it BEWARE SCAM LOOKING DRESSES

This company is horrible and unprofessional. I had my stylist order a dress and submitted for two day shipping for a photoshoot. Not only did the address arrive two weeks later (past my shoot), so the expedited shipping was a waste, but it was not the same dress from the pictures. The style was completely different. The fabric was horrible and poorly made, and the dress was three sizes two big.

I immediately sent the dress back within the time frame for returns. Per their return policy, you are able to return if you are unsatisfied and if it does not meet your needs. This company has gone back and forth with me saying it's not their fault and the dress is fine. Not only are they refusing to refund me they have not sent the dress back. Their customer service is horrible and not accommodating. They spoke to me in an unprofessional manner and won't even acknowledge that they failed at shipping the dress on time.

In short, DO NOT PURCHASE from here. I don't know why they claim to have a return policy when they truly aren't willing to return. Their products are poorly made and far from what they advertise. Buyers beware.

You're really taking a risk with this company. BUYER BEWARE! I ordered a dress and it came in 2 weeks looked NOTHING like the photo. It was supposed to be fitted sleeves and they are oversized looks like a clown dress.the beading was hot glued onto the dress and it was covered in hot glue threads. The zipper is very sticky and it takes a while to get it zipped. The fabric is cheap. Don't believe the website! The reviews on the website are fake. The images are fake. The customer service is very rude. Hopefully PayPal can help me.

Please please please save yourself the headache and DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! The pictures are inaccurate of the product you will receive and the return policy is a joke. My dress arrived with stains all over. I tried to return it because based on their return policy damaged and defective items can be returned. They told me that I should try to wash the dress myself and that they wouldn't take it back because they wouldn't be able to sell it to another customer. We went back and forth. They are rude and do not care about their customers. SAVE YOURSELF!

This company is a joke. The quality of the dress was fair, definitely needs to be altered and was way more white than ivory. The largest downfall was the customer service- or lack thereof. Their return policy states if you are not satisfied Fied to initiate a return within 7 days of purchase- unworn, not damaged, etc. I executed this exactly as it was described, and was told they would not issue a return because it was the color I asked for. Took no responsibility, made themselves out to be the victim. Total scam.

I ordered a bridal dress and the back of the dress was not as pictured. It was too see through on back and that is not the way it was presented in the picture. They would not let me return dress even though there website says you can return if you notify them within 7 days of getting package and asking them for a refine form. They basically said it was " common sense" that it would be different as pictured and they refused to refund my money. WARNING do not order from them. The quality of the dress was very poor and you WILL not get your money back

I ORDERED THE DRESS ON 9/24 AND FUNDS WERE IMMEDIATELY WITHDRAWN FROM MY ACCOUNT, YET I RECEIVED AN EMAIL STATING WAITING ON PAYMENT, THIS IS ANOTHER CHINESE COMPANY THAT IS A SCAM AND THEIR INTENTIONS ARE TO DECIEVE PEOPLE AND TAKE THEIR MONEY AND NOT DELIVER THE PRODUCT. CHECK OUT THE REVIEWS ON GOOGLE, THEY HAVE A 1.43! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SELLER, APPARENTLY ACCORDING TO WHAT I HAVE ALSO READ, THEY ARE SELLING ILLEGALLY, GO FIGURE! PISSED DOES NOT EVEN COVER WHAT I AM RIGHT NOW!

The WORST experience I've ever had! They sent me my drea and it was NOTHING LIKE WHAT I ORDERED! It's supposed to be a spaghetti strap, and I got a princess cut. They tell me it's acceptable!, no returns, wear it, give it to family, or sell it was their response! They have NO cuth or concern for their customers! Buyers BE AWARE! THIS COMPANY WILL RIP YOU OFF! The picture that has the model and front and back is what I ordered, the one being held up is what they sent me! They said it was acceptable! NOT!

I ended up purchasing the dress. Something didn't feel right so I decided to do my research AFTER my purchase (BAD IDEA). Once I researched, I didn't have a good feeling AT ALL about my purchase therefore I requested a refund. So I purchased on 09-10-2020 and requested a refund on 09-14-2020. Well they stated they would give me a partial refund. I was cool with that because it was my fault for not doing my research on this product and service before hand. MIND YOU I HAVE NOT RECEIVED A DRESS AND NEITHER HAS THERE BEEN ANY UPDATES IN THEIR SYSTEM STATING THAT THEY HAVE STARTED ON THE DRESS. It just stated "payment received and payment verified." I get a notification on 09-16-2020(today) that I received a refund from the company of 29.00! I payed them 149.00! 119.00 for the dress and 29.00 for expedited shipping. You mean to tell me in four days of my purchase, you can only return the shipping cost. COMPLETE SHAM. So imagine someone who patiently waits on their product. AND IT'S WRONG. YOU GET NOTHING. This is ridiculous and why sore's this company still have a site!

I ordered a dress for my daughter 15th birthday. The same day we received the dress and took out the packaged we were dissapointed the color was not the same and when she tried on omg the measurements were no where near. I requested a return and full refund and they are denied advising that i made the mistake of ordering the wrong size. I'm so upset i should of look into reviews it says on their website we could request a return as long as it was within 7 days of receiving dress. That us false

The little girls dress that was supposed to be made of long flowy material showed up in stiff satin and tulle. Nothing about the dress was like the picture or description online. When I asked to return the dress, they insulted me and said it was "common sense" that not everything will be the same as the picture. They only allow two pictures with a max of 2 MB, which is difficult when trying to show what's wrong. They told me to "sell it to a friend". I am still going back and forth with them but have disputed the charge. I never write reviews and try to always find the good in whatever it is, but this is absolutely ridiculous. I wish I would have checked here prior to ordering.

I now see that the reviews on their site are just as fake as them. My dress came, the material was super shiny like a trash bag and the slit was all the way up to right below my breast... so whole stomach is out. The return policy states that you have to return within 7 days you just have to let them know so they can initiate it. I did that and their response was to send pictures... they wont proceed without pictures, no problem... sent them pictures within the hour. They had the audacity to respond saying I should have used my common sense cause no product is exactly like the picture and if I dont like it to sale it to a friend and thanks for understanding... uuumm no sir, there is no understanding. I am currently still going back and forth with them, and they continue to refuse to give me their corporate office information. I have gotten my bank involved, sent them all the messages and now just waiting to see what happens. I cant believe this smh PLEASE DO NOT RISK IT!

He comprado un vestido que ha, tardado en llegar casi 3 meses. Nos ha cogido la situación actual que ha podido producir parte del retraso pero no tanto. Después de pagar más de 20 euros de portes y al preguntarles por mi paquete me dicen que pregunte yo al transportista. Surrealista.
Cuando llega el vestido no tiene nada que ver con el comprado. Las fotos son tomadas de tal manera que el vestido o la, prenda luzca pero al llegar no tiene nada que ver.
El vestido me ha costado más de 100 euros y me dicen que no aceptan devoluciones. Que lo lleve a una costurera y que ella le dé forma.
No os fiéis de esta página. Un fraude en todos los sentidos.
